Recomand mixul pentru wok de la Mega Image. Mereu am cateva pungi in congelator. Pur si simplu pui in wok mixul, sotezi, arunci taiteii peste, condimentele si sosul, si cam aia e!<\/p><p>Cel mai simplu sos pentru stir-fry este pur si simplu sosul de soia sau tamari pentru varianta fara gluten. Acum cateva zile v-am aratat si 5 <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sosuri-pentru-stir-fry\/\"><strong>retete de sosuri pentru stir-fry<\/strong><\/a>, asa ca daca vreti sa incercati si alte arome, puteti testa retetele de sos de mango, ghimbir si usturoi, portocala si susan sau cel iute de chili. Nu ma feresc nici de texturat si nu inteleg persoanele care o fac. Mananc de 1-2 ori pe luna sub diverse forme, in mod special pentru a imita carnea. Texturatul de soia cubulete imita foarte bine puiul in aceasta reteta de stir-fry. Puteti sa folositi si tofu.<\/p><p>Am facut aceasta reteta de stir-fru cu legume in varianta simpla, pentru lenesi, adica totul intr-un wok fara sa mai murdaresc o mie de vase sau sa intind reteta pe zeci de pasi.
