Combina nautul fiert cu morcovi, cartofi si rosie, condimentate cu un amestec de Baharat facut in casa. Se finiseaza cu zeama de lamaie, patrunjel proaspat si fulgi de drojdie inactiva si se poate servi calda sau rece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place mult sa explorez bucataria Orientului Mijlociu, iar aceasta supa cu naut a fost prima reteta libaneza cu care am inceput o intreaga serie de preparate inspirate din aceasta zona. Bucataria libaneza este foarte veche, cu retete care isi au radacinile de acum sute de ani, influentate de-a lungul timpului de multe civilizatii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta supa este una dintre preferatele mele atunci cand vreau ceva cald, hranitor si plin de arome, fara sa stau prea mult in bucatarie. Reteta foloseste 2 cani de naut fiert si scurs, asa ca poti folosi naut din conserva, clatit bine, sau naut uscat pus la fiert din timp. El aduce proteine vegetale, fibre si o textura consistenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Amestecul de Baharat<\/strong> este ceea ce face supa cu adevarat libaneza. In aceasta reteta se prepara in casa din scortisoara, cuisoare, cardamon, boabe de coriandru, nucsoara, ghimbir praf si boabe de piper rosu, toate macinate. Mixul se prajeste usor la inceput, ca sa-si elibereze aromele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcovii si cartofii<\/strong> dau supei consistenta si o fac mai satioasa. Se taie cubulete, ca sa fiarba uniform si sa se patrunda bine de arome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosia zemoasa<\/strong> se marunteste si se adauga cu tot cu zeama, ca sa dea o baza usor acrisoara si o culoare frumoasa supei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Supa de legume<\/strong> formeaza lichidul de baza. Reteta foloseste 3 cani de supa de legume de casa (sau apa) plus 1 cana de apa. O supa de casa va da mai mult gust, dar apa simpla functioneaza si ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bulionul si boiaua dulce<\/strong> intaresc aroma de rosie si adauga culoare. Se adauga impreuna cu supa si fulgii de chili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zeama de lamaie<\/strong> se adauga la final, dupa ce s-a oprit focul, ca sa pastreze prospetimea si sa echilibreze condimentele. O sa il folosesti si la alte retete din Orientul Mijlociu.<\/li><li>Adauga zeama de lamaie abia dupa ce ai oprit focul, ca sa pastrezi prospetimea si aroma vie.<\/li><li>Lasa supa sa fiarba doar 5-10 minute dupa ce ai adaugat nautul, ca legumele sa ramana intregi si sa nu se sfarame.<\/li><li>Daca vrei o supa mai cremoasa, paseaza o parte din ea cu blenderul si amesteca-o inapoi in cratita.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Naut din conserva sau uscat:<\/strong> poti folosi naut din conserva, clatit bine, sau naut uscat pus la fiert din timp. Rezultatul final este la fel de bun in ambele variante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apa in loc de supa de legume:<\/strong> daca nu ai supa de legume de casa, inlocuieste cele 3 cani cu apa. Aroma va veni oricum din amestecul Baharat, bulion si boiaua dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mai mult sau mai putin picanta:<\/strong> ajusteaza fulgii de chili dupa gust. De fapt, aromele de Baharat se leaga si mai bine dupa o zi, asa ca este o reteta excelenta pe care sa o prepari in avans. O poti pune dimineata intr-un borcan si o iei la birou, calda sau rece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa o pastrezi mai mult, supa se congeleaza fara probleme. Pune-o in portii individuale si o poti tine la congelator pana la 2-3 luni. Dezgheat-o peste noapte la frigider si incalzeste-o pe foc mic, adaugand putina apa daca s-a ingrosat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac retetele cu naut, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-simplu\/\">humusul simplu de casa<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-naut-falafel\/\">chiftelutele de naut (falafel)<\/a>. Iar daca vrei sa explorezi mai mult, gasesti o intreaga colectie inspirata din <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-orientului-mijlociu\/\">bucataria Orientului
