Rezultatul: cartofi moi la interior, crocanti la exterior, finisati cu verdeata proaspata si zeama de lamaie. Reteta este vegana si gata in aproximativ 25 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru mine, bucataria libaneza este de departe favorita. As putea fi fericita chiar daca as manca numai <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-simplu\/\"><strong>humus<\/strong><\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-naut-falafel\/\"><strong>falafel<\/strong><\/a> pentru tot restul vietii mele. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bucataria libaneza nu inseamna insa numai humus si falafel, asa ca am decis sa explorez si alte retete cu specific libanez, cum este Batata Harra. cartofii sunt fierti pe jumatate, apoi prajiti, ca sa fie moi la interior si crocanti la exterior.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complet vegana<\/strong> &#8212; nu contine niciun ingredient de origine animala, doar cartofi, ulei de masline, condimente si verdeata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Picanta dupa gust<\/strong> &#8212; ajustezi cantitatea de chili si de fulgi de ardei dupa cat de iute iti place.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rapida<\/strong> &#8212; doar cativa pasi simpli si o singura tigaie pentru partea de prajit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plina de aroma<\/strong> &#8212; sunt vedeta retetei. Ai nevoie de 10 cartofi curatati. Ii fierbi intregi doar 5-7 minute, ca sa ramana fermi, apoi ii tai cubulete inainte de prajit. Asa raman intregi la prajeala si capata crusta crocanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline<\/strong> &#8212; cele 4 linguri de ulei de masline sunt mediul in care prajesti totul. Da aroma autentica si ajuta cartofii sa se rumeneasca frumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoi<\/strong> &#8212; 4 catei maruntiti, calite scurt impreuna cu condimentele inainte de a adauga cartofii. Fii atent sa nu se arda, ca sa nu devina amar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seminte de coriandru<\/strong> &#8212; 3 lingurite. Acestea dau aroma caracteristica, calda si usor citrica, a preparatului. Le adaugi in ulei impreuna cu usturoiul si turmericul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Turmeric praf<\/strong> &#8212; 2 lingurite. Da culoarea aurie frumoasa si o nota calda. Se caleste scurt in ulei pentru a-si elibera aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgi de ardei rosu afumat<\/strong> &#8212; 2 lingurite. Aduc o nota afumata si culoare rosiatica, fara sa fie foarte iuti. Se adauga peste cartofi impreuna cu praful de chili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chili praf<\/strong> &#8212; 1 lingurita da iuteala. Daca nu esti obisnuit cu mancarea picanta, poti reduce cantitatea sau o poti omite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patrunjel si marar<\/strong> &#8212; 3 linguri patrunjel si 2 linguri marar, ambele maruntite. Le adaugi la final, ca sa ramana proaspete si verzi, si dau prospetime preparatului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lamaie<\/strong> &#8212; folosesti doar zeama de la o lamaie, stoarsa peste cartofi la servire. Daca iti raman, pastreaza-i intr-un recipient inchis la frigider 2-3 zile. Pentru a-i reincalzi, foloseste o tigaie fierbinte sau cuptorul, ca sa isi recapete crusta; cuptorul cu microunde ii va inmuia.
