Cea cu carne se numeste <strong>arayes kofta<\/strong> si contine carne tocata cu legume si condimente, exista si o versiune lacto-vegetariana cu cascaval topit, iar versiunea de aici, doar cu legume, este 100% vegana. Daca tii post sau pur si simplu vrei o varianta usoara, aceasta este alegerea ideala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sincera fiind, despre tigaia grill<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceste sandvisuri se rumenesc cel mai frumos pe o tigaie grill, dar nu te bloca daca nu ai una. Eu habar n-am pe unde am pus tigaia grill, pur si simplu a disparut si nu o mai gasesc, asa ca am folosit o tigaie normala si au iesit la fel de bune. Recomand totusi tigaia grill din motive estetice &#8212; iti da acele dungi de gratar foarte placute la vedere. La gust insa, diferenta e zero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele de care ai nevoie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Umplutura se sprijina pe cateva ingrediente simple, dar fiecare are rolul lui. Lipia trebuie sa fie suficient de subtire si flexibila ca sa o poti indoi in triunghi fara sa crape, lipiile mai proaspete se manevreaza mult mai usor. Patrunjelul proaspat (6 linguri, tocat marunt) aduce prospetimea si culoarea, asa ca nu il inlocui cu cel uscat, nu e acelasi lucru. Rosia tocata marunt impreuna cu cele 2 linguri de pasta de rosii formeaza baza umeda si concentrata a umpluturii, iar ceapa feliata subtire se inmoaie repede la calire. O umplutura prea apoasa va inmuia lipia si sandvisul se va dezmembra la rumenit. Adauga patrunjelul abia la final, dupa ce ai oprit focul, ca sa-si pastreze aroma si verdele viu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La rumenit, nu indesa prea multa umplutura &#8212; un strat subtire si uniform face ca lipia sa se prajeasca egal pe ambele parti. Tine sandvisul cate 2 minute pe fiecare parte, la foc mediu, pana devine usor crocant si capata pete aurii. Daca vrei, poti apasa usor cu o spatula ca sa se lipeasca marginile si sa stea inchis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce le servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arayes se servesc imediat, cat sunt calde si crocante &#8212; daca le lasi sa stea, lipia se inmoaie. Merg minunat alaturi de un dip oriental: un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-picant-beiruti\/\">humus picant Beiruti<\/a> face un cuplu perfect cu aromele de chimion si pasta de rosii.
