Azi am decis sa testez o reteta turceasca &#8211; pide &#8211; reteta foarte similara cu bine-cunoscuta pizza. Acelasi tip de lipie poate fi gasit si in multe alte regiuni din Asia de Vest, Balcani, zona mediteraneeana si Orientul Mijlociu. De cele mai multe ori are forma de barcuta. Al doilea tip este foarte asemanator cu pizza si are topping de cascaval, carne, legume, ierburi si condimente. Inca din timpuri antice, lipia a devenit unul dintre cele mai populare preparate regasite in bucataria Orientului Mijlociu.<\/p><p>Pidele se umplu de obicei cu un amestec de carne, legume, ierburi si cascaval topit, insa eu am facut varianta vegana, cu ciuperci. Sper sa va placa.
