Puteti face in mai putin de o ora mesele de pranz pentru o saptamana intreaga.<\/p><p>Am urmat reteta mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitiv-mini-falafel\/\"><strong>mini-falafel<\/strong><\/a> pe care am adaptat-o putin la cantitati. Falafelul se face in mod normal din naut uscat, pus la inmuiat si nefiert. De asemenea, se prajeste, doar asa are textura aceea crocanta la exterior. Eu am adaugat doua linguri zdravene de sos per lipie. E o combinatie de tahini cu suc de lamaie si usturoi. E delicios!<\/p><p>De asemenea, sa strangeti bine de tot lipiile si sa le inchideti la ambele capete, ca pe clatite. Le puteti inveli si in folie de aluminiu, plastic sau hartie daca doriti sa le pregatiti pentru pranzurile viitoare.
