Falafelul se face din naut uscat, inmuiat peste noapte si neted in robot, apoi rumenit cate 2 minute pe fiecare parte. Pregatesti totul in mai putin de o ora si ai pranzuri pentru o saptamana intreaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da-mi falafel si humus pentru tot restul vietii si sunt fericita! Sunt de departe mancarurile mele preferate si am incercat zeci de variante de-a lungul timpului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta de fata am adaptat-o de la mini-falafelul meu, pe care l-am ajustat la cantitati ca sa intre frumos in doua lipii mari. Se pune la inmuiat peste noapte si NU se fierbe; doar asa bilutele ies crocante la prajire. Reteta foloseste 80 g naut uscat. Daca vrei sa folosesti naut fiert sau de la conserva, textura nu va fi la fel, asa ca iti recomand o alta reteta, adaptata pentru naut fiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina de naut<\/strong> leaga compozitia. Eu am folosit o lingura de faina de naut, dar merge si faina obisnuita; rolul ei e sa tina bilutele unite cand le formezi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bicarbonatul de sodiu<\/strong> (o jumatate de lingurita) afaneaza compozitia si ajuta falafelul sa fie mai pufos la interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul, ceapa si patrunjelul<\/strong> dau aroma de baza. Reteta cere 4 catei de usturoi pisati, o jumatate de ceapa mica maruntita si un sfert de cana de patrunjel tocat, totul procesat impreuna cu nautul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chimionul macinat<\/strong> (o jumatate de lingurita) este condimentul care da falafelului gustul caracteristic, oriental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tahini<\/strong> este inima sosului. Se amesteca 6 linguri de tahini cu sucul de la jumatate de lamaie si un catel de usturoi pisat, pana obtii un sos cremos cu care ungi lipiile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legumele pentru lipie<\/strong> aduc prospetime si crocant: rosie taiata cubulete, ridichi maruntite, salata (eu folosesc Eisberg pentru textura), castraveti murati si patrunjel proaspat tocat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lipiile<\/strong> sunt suportul intregii retete; ai nevoie de 2 lipii mari, suficient de flexibile cat sa le infasori si sa le inchizi la capete fara sa se rupa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nu fierbe nautul. Daca vrei sa pregatesti pranzurile pentru zilele urmatoare, infasoara fiecare lipie strans si invelste-o in folie de aluminiu, plastic sau hartie. Cand vrei sa o mananci, o tai pur si simplu pe jumatate. Sosul de tahini il poti tine separat la frigider, intr-un borcanel, si il intinzi pe lipie chiar inainte de a o rula, ca sa eviti ca lipia sa se inmoaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac retetele din aceasta zona, arunca o privire si pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-falafel\/\">colectia de retete de falafel<\/a> de pe blog.
