Trebuie sa recunosc ca pe vremea cand mancam carne imi placea sa ma bucur din cand in cand de o saorma. Pe langa carne, saorma contine, in mod normal, si castravete, rosii, lipie, iar uneori chiar si tabbouleh. Aceste ingrediente se pot combina cu sosurile clasice din saormerii (maioneza si ketchup) insa daca vrei un gust autentic incearca cu humus si tahini. De asemenea, pentru un gust mai fresh poti adauga iaurt grecesc, rezultand astfel un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gyros-vegan-de-post\/\"><strong>gyros<\/strong><\/a> delicios.<\/p><p>Reteta de saorma face parte din vasta si complexa bucatarie a Orientului Mijlociu si are o intreaga istorie in spate. Aceasta dateaza inca din secolul al XIX-lea, de pe vremea Imperiului Otoman. Procesul prepararii saormei este simplu, carnea este asezata in felii pe o tija metalica si se invarte ca la rotisor fiind rumenita treptat de grill. Apoi este taiata cu un cutit special urmand sa fie adaugata in lipie, pe langa sosuri si legume.
