Le servesc cu capsune proaspete, bile de pepene galben si nuca de cocos rasa. Sunt gata in 10 minute si nu contin oua sau lapte de vaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi-au placut dintotdeauna friganelele si tin minte cu drag ca mamaie mi le facea cand eram mica. Reteta originala insa nu este tocmai sanatoasa, asa ca am incercat sa o fac cat mai apropiata de cea pe care o stiam din copilarie, dar inlocuind anumite ingrediente cu variantele lor mai bune: ulei de cocos in loc de unt, zahar brun in loc de cel alb, paine integrala cu seminte in loc de cea alba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saptamana asta am mancat cate un mic dejun regesc in fiecare dimineata si m-as putea obisnui cu asta. Eu folosesc paine integrala cu seminte, taiata in felii nu prea subtiri. Painea de o zi sau doua e usor uscata, asa ca absoarbe amestecul fara sa se transforme in terci si fara sa se rupa cand o intorci in tigaie. Daca ai doar paine proaspata, las-o cateva minute la aer sau o usuca usor in toaster inainte de a o scufunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de migdale<\/strong> formeaza baza amestecului in care inmoi painea. Merge orice lapte vegetal pe care il ai la indemana, dar prefer migdale pentru ca are gust neutru si nu acopera vanilia si nucsoara. Alege un lapte vegetal neindulcit ca sa controlezi tu dulceata din zaharul brun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina de tapioca<\/strong> este secretul care inlocuieste oul. O lingura ingroasa usor amestecul si il face sa se lipeasca de paine, dand acel invelis fin care se rumeneste frumos. Amesteca-o bine in lapte ca sa nu ramana cocoloase, pentru ca tapioca se aglomereaza daca o torni prea repede in lichid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nucsoara proaspat macinata<\/strong> face o diferenta reala fata de cea deja macinata din borcan. Aroma este mult mai vie cand razi tu nucsoara intreaga chiar inainte de a o pune in amestec. Un sfert de lingurita e suficient cat sa simti caldura aromei, fara sa devina amaruie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de cocos<\/strong> este grasimea in care prajesti friganelele. Suporta bine caldura medie si da o aroma usor dulceaga care se potriveste perfect cu micul dejun. Foloseste doar atat cat sa acoperi fundul tigaii si lasa-l sa se incinga complet inainte de a pune prima felie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Capsunele, pepenele galben si nuca de cocos rasa<\/strong> sunt topping-urile cu care servesc friganelele. Bilele de pepene galben si capsunele taiate aduc prospetime si aciditate care echilibreaza dulceata, iar nuca de cocos rasa adauga textura. Stii ca uleiul e gata cand un strop de amestec sfaraie usor la contact.<\/li><li><strong>Tine focul mediu, nu mare.<\/strong> La foc prea puternic painea se arde la exterior si ramane rece la mijloc. La foc mediu se face frumos in cele doua minute pe fiecare parte si capata o crusta aurie uniforma.<\/li><li><strong>Scufunda painea, nu o lasa la inmuiat prea mult.<\/strong> O acoperi din amestec pe fiecare parte si o pui imediat in tigaie. Daca o lasi prea mult in lichid, mai ales daca painea e prea proaspata, se imbiba excesiv si se rupe cand o intorci.<\/li><li><strong>Intoarce-o o singura data.<\/strong> Lasa fiecare parte sa se rumeneasca complet inainte de a intoarce felia. Daca o misti prea des, nu apuca sa se formeze crusta aurie.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Alt lapte vegetal.<\/strong> Laptele de migdale poate fi inlocuit cu lapte de soia, de ovaz sau de cocos. Cel de cocos da o aroma mai intensa, iar cel de ovaz un gust usor mai dulce.<\/li><li><strong>Varianta fara gluten.<\/strong> Foloseste o paine fara gluten de o zi. Daca iti raman, lasa-le sa se raceasca, pune-le intr-un recipient inchis si tine-le la frigider 1-2 zile. Le reincalzesti cel mai bine in toaster sau in tigaie, ca sa redevina crocante; la microunde ies moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poti pregati amestecul de lapte de migdale, zahar brun, faina de tapioca, nucsoara si vanilie cu o seara inainte si sa il tii la frigider, ca dimineata sa scufunzi painea si sa prajesti direct. Amesteca-l din nou inainte de folosire, fiindca faina de tapioca tinde sa se aseze pe fund. Daca vrei o varianta fara prajire, incearca aceleasi felii facute la cuptor in reteta mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/friganele-la-cuptor\/\">friganele la cuptor<\/a>. Si daca tot esti in seria de mic dejun de post, arunca o privire si peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-de-post\/\">clatitele vegane<\/a>, perfecte pentru aceleasi diminete fara
