Am inceput seria cu retete dulci insa voi posta in curand si retete sarate. Insa, reteta originala nu este tocmai sanatoasa. Eu am incercat sa fac reteta cat mai similara cu originalul insa sa inlocuiesc anumite ingrediente sau sa folosesc variantele lor mai bune: ulei de cocos, zahar brun, paine integrala cu seminte, etc.<\/p><p>Reteta este fara lactate si oua si o puteti transforma rapid sin in reteta fara gluten folosinf o paine GF. Recomand Rustico de la Schar insa orice paine GF e ok. De asemenea, daca nu va place nici zaharul brun, folositi o alternativa mai sanatoasa. Mie mi s-a terminat zaharul de cocos dar sunt atatea variante de indulcitori sanatosi din care puteti alege.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
