Datorita continutului optim de carbohidrati, proteine, fibre si alti nutrienti, ovazul poate fi considerat un superaliment! Contine si <strong>antioxidanti<\/strong> si are proprietati ce <strong>favorizeaza slabitul<\/strong> sau mentinerea unei greutati optime,<strong> reduce colesterolul<\/strong> si <strong>tine sub control nivelul glicemiei<\/strong>, datorita continutului bogat de fibre.<\/p><p>Mai mult, ovazul nu e bun doar de mancat ci si in tratamentele pentru piele! Sunt perfecte pentru smoothieuri, inghetate sau&nbsp;de mancat ca atare atunci cand ne loveste pofta de ceva dulce.<\/p><p>Ca indulcitori ii prefer mereu pe cei sanatosi si ma bucur ca am avut ocazia sa descopar cateva variante de la Vegis. Dulceata de afine este fara zahar, va vine sa credeti?! Este foarte buna, si la textura si la gust, iar gustul nu e la fel de dulce ca la dulceata clasica, bineinteles, insa este suficient de dulce si asa in mod natural. Chiar imi place foarte mult si cu siguranta voi cumpara in viitor.<\/p><p>Cat despre siropul de curmale&#8230;asa dor mi-a fost de el! Am mai folosit in trecut si mi-a placut foarte mult. Il adaug zilnic in cafea si ii da un gust excelent, usor &#8220;caramelizat&#8221; parca. Am stropit din belsug acest porridge cu sirop de curmale si totul s-a completat perfect.<\/p><p>Stevia nu am adaugat pentru ca a fost suficient de dulce de la siopul de curmale si dulceata. Am mai pus in schimb ca topping coaja de lamaie conservata fara zahar. E foarte buna! Nu ma asteptam. Mi-o si imaginez in niste checuri&#8230;mmm&#8230;<\/p><p>Chipsurile de cocos raw le puteti folosi si la ideea de topping de terci de ovaz tropical de mai jos.
