In 10-15 minute se ingroasa si e gata. Jamie Oliver este cel responsabil pentru deschiderea apetitului meu pentru porridge. Pana sa il vad gatindu-l, mi se parea o mancare plictisitoare. Acum mi-am schimbat complet parerea: e cremos, cald si te poti juca la nesfarsit cu toppingurile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai important lucru pe care l-am invatat este sa fierb mereu ovazul in apa, nu in lapte. Si inca un principiu pe care il respect de fiecare data: eu nu adaug niciodata indulcitor in apa in care fierbe ovazul. Las terciul neutru si pun dulcele doar din toppinguri, ca sa pot controla exact cat de dulce iese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele cheie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ovazul<\/strong> este baza intregii retete. Pentru aceasta cantitate, 50 g de fulgi de ovaz la 300 ml apa dau un terci cremos, nici prea lichid, nici prea legat. Fulgii mici se gatesc mai repede si se fac mai catifelati, in timp ce fulgii mari raman cu putina textura, asa ca alege in functie de cum iti place. Pastreaza ovazul intr-un recipient inchis, la loc uscat, ca sa nu prinda umezeala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apa si sarea<\/strong> par detalii minore, dar fac diferenta. Apa lasa gustul ovazului sa iasa in fata, iar praful de sare nu il face sarat, ci ii rotunjeste aroma si scoate la iveala dulceata naturala a cerealelor. Puse calde peste terci, fructele se inmoaie usor si lasa un sirop natural, fara sa fie nevoie de zahar adaugat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru dulce ma bazez pe <strong>siropul de curmale<\/strong> si pe <strong>dulceata de afine fara zahar<\/strong>. Siropul de curmale are un gust de caramel natural care merge minunat cu ovazul, iar dulceata fara zahar adauga un strat de fruct concentrat. Ca indulcitori ii prefer mereu pe cei sanatosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chipsurile de cocos<\/strong> si <strong>coaja de lamaie<\/strong> sunt detaliile care ridica terciul de la simplu la special. Chipsurile de cocos imi plac si ca atare, sa le rontai pur si simplu, iar peste terci adauga textura crocanta. Coaja de lamaie aduce o nota proaspata care echilibreaza dulceata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trucuri ca sa iasa perfect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Amesteca fara pauza.<\/strong> Lingura de lemn miscata continuu impiedica ovazul sa se lipeasca de fundul cratitei si elibereaza amidonul, ceea ce face terciul cremos. Daca lasi cratita nesupravegheata, rezultatul iese cu cocoloase si lipit.<\/li><li><strong>Da focul mic dupa primul clocot.<\/strong> La foc mare ovazul se imprastie afara din cratita si se arde pe fund. Imediat ce incepe sa fiarba, redu flacara la mediu-mic si lasa-l sa se gateasca incet.<\/li><li><strong>Recunosti ca e gata dupa textura.<\/strong> Terciul e perfect cand s-a ingrosat si cade lent de pe lingura, nu cand mai curge. La mine a durat cam 10-15 minute.<\/li><li><strong>Indulceste doar la final.<\/strong> Pune siropul si dulceata in bol, peste terciul fierbinte, nu in apa de fierbere. Cand il reincalzesti, adauga putina apa sau lapte vegetal si amesteca, fiindca se ingroasa mult la rece. Adauga toppingurile abia dupa ce l-ai incalzit, ca sa ramana proaspete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti place ovazul la micul dejun, mai poti incerca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/terci-de-ovaz-la-cuptor\/\">terciul de ovaz la cuptor<\/a> pentru o varianta facuta in avans, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-budinca-de-ovaz-facuta-la-rece-pentru-mic-dejun-rapid\/\">budinca de ovaz facuta la rece<\/a> pentru diminetile grabite, sau <a
