Acelasi gust, aceeasi textura, fara lactate si oua! <\/em><\/p><p>Gratinarea este o metoda de gatit inventata de francezi si este practic atunci cand un ingredient capata o crusta aurie, usor crocanta, cu ajutorul branzeturilor, oualor, a untului, pesmetului sau uneori a unei combinatii dintre acestea. Preparatele gratinate se gatesc de obicei in vase putin inalte, ca sa aiba o textura mai crocanta. Aceasta reteta delicioasa se face cu felii subtiri de cartofi, puse strat cu strat intr-un vas pentru cuptor si scaldate in smantana, unt, usturoi, branza si oua batute. Chiar daca lactatele si ouale sunt folosite in reteta clasica de Pommes Dauphinoise, asta nu inseamna ca nu poate fi facuta si de post \/vegana!<\/p><p>Ma bucura sa vad ca au inceput sa apara o multime de branduri de branza vegana care se topeste si la noi in magazine. Rezultatul este incredibil de similar cu reteta clasica de&nbsp;cartofi Dauphinoise.<\/p><p>Sper sa va placa aceasta reteta delicioasa de cartofi gratinati. Lasa-le pe foc mediu pana dau in clocot, apoi opreste focul.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-163020-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Spala cartofii foarte bine, dar lasa-le coaja. Taie cartofii felii subtiri folosind o razatoare speciala sau cutitul. Pune feliile intr-un bol si acopera-le cu apa rece.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-163020-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Intr-o tigaie, topeste uleiul de cocos. Adauga faina, amestecand continuu. Adauga sosul de lapte de cocos, treptat, amestecand continuu pana da in clocot si incepe sa se ingroase. Opreste focul.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-163020-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Aranjeaza 1\/3 din feliile de cartofi intr-un strat in tava de copt. Toarna peste 1\/3 din sosul de lapte de cocos si presara cu o cana de branza vegana rasa. Pune deasupra inca 1\/3 din feliile de cartofi, acopera-le cu stratul de tofu maruntit si cu o alta treime din cantitatea de de sos de lapte de cocos. Pune ultimul strat din cartofii ramasi, acopera cu sosul ramas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-163020-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Acopera tava cu o folie de aluminiu si pune cartofii la copt timp de 45 minute.
