Sunt atat de entuziasmata ca mi-a iesit si abia asteptam sa impartasesc reteta cu voi. Are si video, asa ca poti urmari pas cu pas cum se asambleaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce imi place cel mai mult la ea e ca nu ai nevoie nici macar de blender. Pui biscuitii intr-o punga, ii zdrobesti cu facaletul, amesteci crema intr-un bol si gata. Chiar in timp ce filmam reteta mi-a venit ideea sa fac si o varianta de crema diferita, un custard de vanilie din Soya Vanilla de la Joya si agar agar, dar varianta clasica de mai jos ramane cea mai simpla si rapida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele cheie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Biscuitii vegani<\/strong> formeaza baza tartei. Cauta pe eticheta sa nu contina unt, lapte praf sau oua, multi biscuiti simpli din comert sunt deja vegani fara sa fie etichetati ca atare. Cand ii zdrobesti, lasa si bucatele mai mari pentru textura, nu trebuie sa-i transformi intr-un pesmet fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de cocos<\/strong> (sau untul vegan topit) e liantul bazei. Pentru ca se intareste la rece, leaga firimiturile de biscuit intr-un strat compact odata ce tarta sta la frigider, exact ce iti trebuie ca sa poti felia curat fara coacere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Iaurturile vegane Joya cu piersici<\/strong> dau crema. Le gasesti in hypermarketuri si aduc deja aroma de fructe, asa nu mai e nevoie de zahar adaugat. Poti folosi orice iaurt vegetal aromat care iti place, dar tine cont ca unul mai lichid va avea nevoie de putin mai mult psyllium ca sa se lege.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Taratele de psyllium<\/strong> sunt secretul cremei care nu se coace. Psyllium absoarbe lichidul si formeaza un gel, asa ingroasa iaurtul pana devine o crema ferma care isi tine forma cand feliezi. Are nevoie de timp la frigider ca sa actioneze, de aici si cele minim 2 ore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fructele proaspete<\/strong> sunt decorul si prospetimea: struguri, mandarine, portocale, capsuni, kiwi, piersici, orice ai la indemana. Dupa ce tarta s-a racit, o scoti fara efort tragand de folie, fara sa se rupa baza.<\/li>\n<li>Preseaza bine biscuitii cu degetele pe fundul formei. O baza tasata uniform tine mai bine si nu se sfarama cand feliezi.<\/li>\n<li>Amesteca taratele de psyllium cu iaurtul si lasa amestecul cateva minute inainte sa-l torni, asa incepe sa se ingroase si distribui crema mai usor.<\/li>\n<li>Nu sari peste timpul la frigider. O poti pregati cu o zi inainte, ceea ce o face perfecta pentru mesele de sarbatoare cand vrei sa ai desertul gata din timp. Daca o lasi peste noapte, decoreaza cu fructele abia a doua zi pentru un aspect cat mai proaspat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac deserturile fara coacere si tartele cu fructe, mai incearca <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-cu-capsuni\/\">tarta cu capsuni<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-cu-banane\/\">tarta cu banane<\/a> sau,
