Nu imi vine sa cred ca mi-a iesit atat de bine. Si sosul&#8230;ah&#8230; sosul facut cu <strong>iaurtul Joya natur<\/strong>&#8230;e perfect! \ud83d\ude00<\/p><p>Tin minte ca imi placea carnea de miel la nebunie. Multi nu stiu sa o gateasca asa ca ba le iese tare, ba are un gust oribil, ba miroase urat, insa tatal meu facea friptura de miel perfecta de fiecare data. Pur si simplu ti se topea in gura! Urmariti cu atentie videoul de mai jos, cititi instructiunile si urmati-le intocmai. Nu aveti cum sa gresiti daca folositi exact ingredientele de mai jos. Sa nu ziceti ca nu v-am anuntat si sa nu imi trimiteti mesaje dupa ca ati schimbat X, Y si Z ingredient si sa va mirati de ce nu v-a iesit. \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p><strong>Gustul.<\/strong>\u00a0Aceasta reteta de &#8220;coaste de miel&#8221; vegane chiar are gust de miel! Trucul consta in condimentele alese. Carnea fara condimente este *meh*, practic plantele sunt cele care ii dau savoarea. Culoarea, crusta de ierburi aromatice si chiar si &#8220;oasele&#8221;! \ud83d\ude00 Am folosit partea alba de la niste praz, insa unele tot cam verzulii au fost. Prima bucatica arata perfect, chiar zici ca e os! Puteti sa incercati si cu partea alba de la niste ceapa verde. Cred ca ar merge chiar mai bine.<\/p><p><strong>Textura.<\/strong>\u00a0Bineinteles ca nu e 100% la fel ca cea de carne de miel. Inca nu am gasit formula magica pentru a imita textura fibroasa a carnii, desi sa stiti ca lucrez la asta! \ud83d\ude00 In &#8220;roasts&#8221; nu am reusit decat sa imit o textura similara cu cea de carne tocata, insa in <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegan-pulled-pork\/\"><strong>&#8220;pulled pork&#8221;<\/strong><\/a> sau burgeri veggie facuti cu soia, chiar ma apropii exrem de mult de original. Textura este ca de carne tocata, mai exact ca la carnati. Sosul acompaniaza perfect aceasta reteta si gusturile se imbina atat de bine! Am folosit <strong>iaurtul Joya Natur<\/strong> pe care il recomand. <strong>Iaurturile Joya<\/strong> sunt cele mai sanatoase de pe piata. La fel si laptele vegetal de la ei. Urmatorul pe lista este Burgerul Imposibil &#8211;&nbsp;the Impossible Burger &#8211; daca ati auzit de el. Vreau sa il prepar cu ingrediente accesibile si sa sfaraie cand il pui pe gratar, sa isi lase zeama aceea sangerie specifica si sa fie exact ca un burger din carne de vita. Amesteca folosind o lingura.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-162979-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pune o folie de plastic peste tocator si adauga cu lingura pasta peste folie. Pune peste inca o folie de plastic si uneste-o la capete. Da-i forma cilindrica. Adauga peste pesmetul si uleiul de masline. Amesteca. Lasa-le deoparte.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-162979-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Incinge o lingura de ulei de masline intr-o tigaie mare. Eu am folosit un wok incapator. Scoate folia de pe ruloul de &#8220;carne&#8221; si cu grija, pune-l in tigaie.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-162979-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Prajeste-l 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte. Intoarce-l cu grija pe toate partile ca sa se rumeneasca uniform. Opreste focul si lasa-l la racit cateva minute.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-162979-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Acopera o tava de cuptor cu niste hartie de copt. Cu grija, muta ruloul din tigaie in tava.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-162979-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Unge-l cu putin ulei de masline, folosind o pensula.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-162979-step-0-12\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cu mainile, adauga mixul de pesmet si ierburi aromatice. Preseaza-l usor pe toata partea superioara si pe marginile ruloului.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-162979-step-0-13\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Baga-l in cuptorul preincalzit la 200C si lasa-l la gatit cam 30 de minute.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-162979-step-0-14\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Taie partea alba de la niste praz, sau ceapa verde (vezi video) pentru a face &#8220;oasele&#8221;. Pune-le intr-o farfurioara si stropeste-le cu sos de soia. Adauga si cateva prafuri de carob si da-le cu pensula sa fie colorate relativ uniform.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-162979-step-0-15\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Odata ce s-a copt ruloul, scoate-l din cuptor si infige in el &#8220;oasele&#8221;.
