Reteta e foarte usoara si sanatoasa!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Am fost de curand la un restaurant foarte dragut. Nu era vegetarian dar aveau o multime de preparate vegetariene, chiar si burgeri veggie! \ud83d\ude42 Ce mi-a atras atentia a fost meniul special &#8211; scoici St. Jacques cu piure de mazare si pancetta prajita. Suna foarte fancy! Ciupercile King Oyster sunt perfecte\u00a0pentru asta. Au o textura\u00a0ideala pentru a imita scoicile si chiar si forma lor ajuta! Le puteti face si sa aiba\u00a0gust de scoici cu doar cateva trucuri. De exemplu, am folosit\u00a02 foi de alge Nori pentru a le da un miros de peste si ulei de in in loc de ulei normal, deoarece are deja o aroma &#8220;oceanica&#8221;. Piureul de mazare se face atat de usor incat si un copil il poate prepara, &#8220;baconul&#8221; e pur si simplu tofu afumat taiat bucatele si prajit iar scoicile vegane sunt ciuperci marinate.
