Pentru a mima gustul de peste dat de ansoa, am folosit alge Nori, din acelea pentru sushi. Le-am facut mai crocante, rumenindu-le putin in tigaie. Rezultatul &gt; INCREDIBIL! Sa mananci fara carne e super simplu, iti trebuie doar putina imaginatie!
