In loc de piscoturi se foloseste un blat de pandispan vegan insiropat cu cafea si rom, iar crema de mascarpone se face din caju inmuiat, lapte si ulei de cocos si sirop de artar. Rezultatul are acelasi gust cremos si aromat ca reteta originala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fost o provocare reala sa veganizez aceasta reteta, pentru ca piscoturile clasice nu sunt vegane. Asa ca am improvizat: am copt un blat ca de pandispan, pe care l-am folosit drept baza in locul piscoturilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stiai ca tiramisu inseamna &#8220;ridica-ma&#8221; in italiana, cu sensul de &#8220;fa-ma fericit&#8221;? Trebuie inmuiat peste noapte ca sa se inmoaie bine si sa se mixeze pana la o textura matasoasa. Daca ai uitat sa il inmoi, il poti fierbe 15 minute pentru a-l inmuia mai repede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de cocos<\/strong> folosit in crema este cel gros, partea de crema din conserva. El da consistenta bogata si cremoasa care imita mascarponele. Pune conserva la rece cu cateva ore inainte ca sa se separe crema groasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de cocos<\/strong> apare atat in crema, cat si in blat. In crema ajuta amestecul sa se intareasca dupa racire, iar in blat il folosesti topit, in compozitia lichida. Pentru blat ai nevoie de 75 g ulei de cocos topit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Siropul de artar<\/strong> indulceste natural crema de &#8220;mascarpone&#8221; si intra si in siropul de cafea. Ii poti ajusta cantitatea dupa gust, in functie de cat de dulce iti place desertul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul de cocos<\/strong> este indulcitorul blatului de pandispan. Are o aroma usor caramelizata care se potriveste foarte bine cu pudra de cacao din compozitie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de migdale<\/strong> este lichidul principal din blat. Impreuna cu otetul de mere creeaza o reactie cu bicarbonatul care face blatul pufos, ca un pandispan clasic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cafeaua tare<\/strong> si <strong>romul<\/strong> formeaza siropul cu care insiropezi blatul. Cafeaua da aroma caracteristica de tiramisu, iar romul aduce profunzime. Cajul bine inmuiat se mixeaza mult mai usor si nu lasa bucati.<\/li>\n<li>Taie blatul copt in doua straturi si foloseste doar jumatate. Un blat intreg face desertul prea gros si dezechilibreaza raportul dintre crema si pandispan.<\/li>\n<li>Lasa siropul de cafea sa se raceasca complet inainte sa il torni peste blat, altfel blatul se poate inmuia prea tare.<\/li>\n<li>Insiropeaza uniform tot stratul de blat, ca fiecare imbucatura sa aiba aroma de cafea.<\/li>\n<li>Lasa desertul la frigider cateva ore bune inainte de servire. De fapt, este chiar mai bun a doua zi, dupa ce aromele s-au asezat si crema s-a intarit bine. Este desertul ideal de pregatit in avans pentru o masa festiva: il faci cu o zi inainte si il scoti din frigider direct la masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iti aminteste ca a mai ramas un strat de blat? Nu il arunca, il poti folosi la alte gustari dulci.
