E un tort simplu, fara oua, lapte sau unt, pe care il faci dintr-un singur aluat amestecat rapid si il imbraci intr-o crema batuta din lapte de cocos gras. Reteta a fost inspirata de una gasita pe net, in cautarile mele dupa cele mai bune retete ale <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-italiana\/\">bucatariei italiene<\/a>. Traditional, tortul italian cu ulei de masline e ceva mai simplu, fara crema si uneori doar cu zahar pudra deasupra, si se face cu unt, lapte si oua. Eu am vrut sa fac varianta de post, vegana, dusa la alt nivel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce merge uleiul de masline in tort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spre deosebire de unt, uleiul de masline ramane lichid la temperatura camerei, asa ca blatul nu se intareste pe masura ce se raceste &#8212; ramane moale, pufos si usor umed chiar si a doua zi. In plus, fiind un grasime cu aroma proprie, uleiul de masline adauga o nota usor fructata care se imbina foarte frumos cu prospetimea lamaii. Pentru un gust echilibrat, alege un ulei de masline extravirgin bland, nu unul foarte amar sau picant, ca sa nu acopere aroma de lamaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si ce trebuie sa stii despre ele<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta se imparte in doua: blatul si crema. Pentru blat ai nevoie de faina pentru cozonac cu agent de crestere, zahar brun auriu, praf de copt, ulei de masline, coaja si zeama de la o lamaie si apa rece. Faina cu agent de crestere ajuta blatul sa creasca uniform, dar daca pui praful de copt suplimentar din reteta, te asiguri ca ramane aerat. Coaja de lamaie rasa este cea care da cea mai multa aroma, asa ca rade doar partea galbena, nu si albul de dedesubt, care e amar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru crema iti trebuie o conserva de lapte de cocos gras (400 g), iaurt de cocos, ulei de cocos topit, extract de vanilie, migdale tocate fin, zahar si inca putina coaja de lamaie. Secretul cremei sta in laptele de cocos: tine conserva la frigider peste noapte, ca partea cremoasa, solida sa se separe de apa. Doar partea solida se foloseste la crema. Intr-un castron mare combina mai intai ingredientele uscate, amesteca-le, apoi adauga ingredientele umede si mixeaza pana se omogenizeaza. Nu mixa excesiv &#8212; de indata ce aluatul e neted, opreste-te, ca sa nu iasa blatul tare. Toarna aluatul in forma si coace 20-30 de minute, pana cand o scobitoare infipta in mijloc iese curata. Lasa apoi blatul sa se raceasca complet pe un suport inainte de a-l taia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crema de cocos care imita mascarpone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am descoperit cat de minunat este laptele de cocos in deserturi atunci cand am facut retetele de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cheesecake-cu-ciocolata-vegan\/\">cheesecake cu ciocolata vegan<\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-cu-mousse-de-ciocolata\/\">tort cu mousse de ciocolata<\/a>. Il puteti folosi si in retete sarate &#8212; de exemplu, eu il adaug mereu in <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mamaliga-cremoasa-cu-lapte-de-cocos\/\">mamaliga cremoasa<\/a> atunci cand vreau sa o fac extra-cremoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scoate doar partea cremoasa si solida din conserva de lapte de cocos rece si bate-o cu mixerul pana formeaza varfuri si devine pufoasa. Adauga iaurtul de cocos, uleiul de cocos topit, vanilia, migdalele, zaharul si coaja de lamaie, apoi mixeaza pana obtii o textura ca de mascarpone. Important: uleiul de cocos trebuie sa fie doar topit, nu fierbinte, altfel topeste crema in loc sa o lege. Cu un cutit sau o spatula, intinde crema uniform pe fiecare strat si reconstituie tortul. La final, decoreaza cu felii proaspete de lamaie, fructe de padure si fulgi de migdale usor rumeniti. Daca vrei un finisaj cat mai curat, foloseste o crema bine racita si lucreaza cu spatula incalzita usor in apa calda, stearsa apoi de fiecare data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il pastrezi si cand il faci dinainte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru ca este o crema pe baza de cocos, tortul se pastreaza la frigider, intr-o cutie inchisa sau acoperit, si rezista bine 3-4 zile. Crema de cocos se intareste putin la rece, ceea ce ajuta la felii mai curate. Daca il faci dinainte, poti coace blatul cu o zi inainte si pregati crema separat, urmand sa asamblezi tortul in ziua servirii, ca decorul proaspat sa arate cat mai bine. Feliile de lamaie si fructele de padure adauga-le chiar inainte de servit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-a placut acest desert vegan, ai putea incerca si <a
