Aceasta versiune vegana foloseste texturat de soia granule in loc de carnati italieni si lapte de cocos gras in loc de smantana, rezultand o supa la fel de bogata si satioasa. Se face intr-o singura oala, in aproximativ 40 de minute, si se pastreaza excelent la frigider pana la 4 zile. Poti folosi si fasole Great Northern sau fasole boabe alba obisnuita (din conserva sau fiarta in avans). Fasolea din conserva e mai cremoasa si se zdrobeste mai usor cand amesteci supa, ceea ce ajuta la textura finala fara sa blendezi.<\/p><p><strong>Texturatul de soia granule<\/strong> &#8211; hidratat in prealabil in apa fierbinte sau supa de legume 10-15 minute, bine stors. Dupa hidratare si sotare scurta, imita textura carnatilor tocati din reteta americana originala. Daca nu il gasesti sau nu vrei sa il folosesti, inlocuieste cu ciuperci tocate grosier sau cu naut.<\/p><p><strong>Cartofii<\/strong> &#8211; varietatile cu ceara (Charlotte, Nicola) se tin mai bine in supa fara sa se destrame. Cartofii fainosi (Russet, Desiree) se sfaram mai usor si ingroasa supa natural &#8211; amandoua variantele functioneaza, depinde de textura preferata.<\/p><p><strong>Kale sau spanac<\/strong> &#8211; kale-ul are o textura mai ferma si un gust mai pronuntat; se adauga cu 5-7 minute inainte de final, are nevoie de putin mai mult timp decat spanacul. Spanacul se adauga in ultimele 2-3 minute, se inmoaie rapid. Ambele functioneaza; kale-ul pastreaza textura mai bine la reincalzire.<\/p><p><strong>Laptele de cocos<\/strong> &#8211; foloseste lapte de cocos gras din conserva (full-fat), nu bautura de cocos din carton care este mult mai diluata. Cei 5-7 minute de sotare caramelizeaza usor legumele si construiesc un strat de gust care nu poate fi obtinut altfel.<\/li>\n\n<li>Zdrobeste o parte din fasolea alba direct in oala cu spatele lingurii inainte de a adauga laptele de cocos. Fasolea zdrobita ingroasa supa natural si da o textura mai cremoasa fara sa fie nevoie de blender.<\/li>\n\n<li>Adauga laptele de cocos si kale-ul\/spanacul in ultimele 5 minute, la foc mic. Laptele de cocos la foc mare sau fierbere viguroasa se separa si pierde acea textura catifelata.<\/li>\n\n<li>Aseaza supa la final cu zeama de lamaie (1 lingurita) si fulgi de chili sau piper negru proaspat. Zeama de lamaie echilibreaza bogatia laptelui de cocos si ridica toate aromele.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2><p><strong>Fara texturat de soia<\/strong> &#8211; inlocuieste cu 200g ciuperci shiitake sau cremini tocate grosier, sotate separat pana se rumenesc bine, sau cu o conserva suplimentara de naut pentru extra proteine.<\/p><p><strong>Cu rosii<\/strong> &#8211; adauga o conserva mica de rosii zdrobite (400g) dupa sotarea bazei aromatice, inainte de supa de legume. Da supei o nota acrisoara si o culoare mai rosiatica, mai apropiata de versiunea toscana autentica.<\/p><p><strong>Fara lapte de cocos<\/strong> &#8211; pentru o varianta mai usoara, inlocuieste laptele de cocos cu 2-3 linguri de cashew paste (cashew crud mixat cu putina apa) sau omite-l complet. Supa va fi mai usoara si mai putin cremoasa, dar la fel de satioasa datorita fasolei.<\/p><p>Daca iti plac supele italiene consistente, gasesti pe Gourmandelle si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-miso\/\">supa miso<\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-broccoli\/\">supa crema de broccoli<\/a> &#8211; ambele rapide si vegetariene\/vegane.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2><p>Supa toscana se pastreaza la frigider 4-5 zile in recipient inchis. Se ingroasa la frigider datorita amidonului din cartofi si fasolea zdrobita; la reincalzire, adauga 50-100ml apa sau supa de legume si amesteca la foc mic. Nu se congeleaza excelent (cartofii devin grunjoasi dupa congelare), dar daca vrei sa o congelezi, scoate cartofii inainte de congelare si adauga altii proaspeti la reincalzire.<\/p><p>Pentru meal prep, supa se poate prepara integral cu 4-5 zile inainte. A doua zi gustul este mai complex si mai echilibrat. Serveste cu paine crusty sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-italiana\/\">preparate italiene<\/a> simple pentru o masa completa.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img
