Paella are mai multe versiuni, poate fi facuta si vegetariana &#8211; paella de verduras &#8211; dar in opinia mea paella autentica este cea cu fructe de mare. Am vrut sa imi iasa cat mai bine atat textura de fructe de mare cat si aroma lor. Cum am reusit asta?!<\/p><p>Am folosit ciuperci Pleurotus. Sunt ieftine si au o textura incredibila! O sa va convingeti! Cred ca am zeci de retete cu ciuperci Pleurotus pe blog. Am pastrat restul ciupercilor pentru burgerii de care va spuneam mai sus.<\/p><p>Asa ca am rezolvat cu textura, insa cum sa fac cu gustul? Raspunsul a venit rapid cand mi-am amintit de reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/scoici-vegane-cu-piure-de-mazare\/\"><strong>scoici vegane<\/strong><\/a>, facute cu &#8220;fratele&#8221; mai mare al ciupercilor Pleurotus &#8211; king oyster. Am folosit niste arde, mazare, masline, rosii uscate si condimente. Mi-a placut la nebunie aceasta paella vegetariana!
