Un meniu de tapas vegan se asambleaza usor din masline marinate, rosii deshidratate, usturoi in ulei, empanadas, tortilla cu cartofi, paine si sosuri cremoase, totul gata in cateva minute, fara tehnici complicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu am decis sa fac un meniu de tapas complet vegan, asa ca am transformat faimoasele preparate spaniole in delicii fara ingrediente de origine animala. Maslinele marinate cu chili si usturoi, rosiile deshidratate in ulei si usturoiul confiat se pregatesc din timp, iar restul meniului se asambleaza in cateva minute inainte sa vina musafirii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai mult imi place ca tapas nu cer experienta culinara avansata. Alegi pur si simplu aperitivele preferate, le aranjezi frumos pe o masa mare si lasi pe toata lumea sa ciuguleasca in voie, cu un pahar de vin alaturi. Alege masline de calitate, fara samburi daca vrei sa fie mai usor de servit, si lasa-le sa stea in marinada cel putin cateva ore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maslinele Kalamata<\/strong> se marineaza cu rozmarin, pentru un contrast aromat fata de cele negre cu chili. Sunt mai carnoase si usor acrisoare, ideale alaturi de paine si ulei de masline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul<\/strong> se marineaza in ulei de masline cu ierburi, transformandu-se intr-o gustare confiata, dulceaga si moale. Uleiul aromat ramas il poti folosi pentru paine sau pentru a stropi celelalte aperitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosiile deshidratate<\/strong> in ulei aduc o aroma concentrata, dulce-acrisoara, tipica bucatariei mediteraneene. Sunt perfecte pe paine sau alaturi de branza vegana feliata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Empanadas<\/strong> sunt placintele spaniole cu umplutura, in varianta vegana cu legume. Sunt felul mai consistent din meniu si merg gatite din timp si reincalzite inainte de servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tortilla cu cartofi<\/strong> este versiunea vegana a omletei spaniole clasice, facuta din cartofi si ceapa, fara oua. Se serveste de obicei rece, taiata in cuburi mici, ca aperitiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Iaurtul vegan<\/strong> sta la baza unui sos cremos racoritor, care echilibreaza aromele intense si picante ale celorlalte aperitive. Alaturi de el, <strong>sosul de rosii cu chili<\/strong> aduce nota picanta tipic spaniola. Sosul de iaurt vegan se face cel mai bine in ziua servirii si rezista 2-3 zile la rece.
