Se prepara dintr-un singur bol, in aproximativ 25 de minute de coacere, cu faina, ulei de masline, lapte vegetal, zahar si multa coaja proaspata de lamaie. Ies pufoase, aromate si gata de servit cu cafea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pe magdalenas le-am descoperit ca pe un desert pe care spaniolii il mananca de obicei la micul-dejun, impreuna cu o cana mare de cafea cu lapte. Mi-a placut atat de mult ideea unei briose simple, aromata cu lamaie, incat am vrut sa o pot face in orice zi, fara oua si fara unt, asa ca am ajuns la aceasta varianta vegana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cand le-am facut prima data cu glazura aceea lucioasa de lamaie si turmeric, mi-a venit ideea ca ar fi si mai bune asa, cu un strat fin de glazura deasupra. exact cum le servesc spaniolii, alaturi de o cana mare de cafea cu lapte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un desert de post sau vegan<\/strong> &#8212; fara oua, fara unt, fara lapte de vaca, deci potrivit si in posturi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O reteta simpla pentru incepatori<\/strong> &#8212; se face dintr-un singur bol, fara mixer si fara tehnici complicate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O gustare de dus la birou sau la scoala<\/strong> &#8212; briosele se transporta usor si rezista bine cateva zile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cand ai o lamaie in plus prin casa<\/strong> &#8212; folosesti si coaja, si zeama, deci nimic nu se iroseste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Se face dintr-un singur bol.<\/strong> Amesteci intai ingredientele uscate, apoi le adaugi pe cele umede in acelasi bol &#8212; reteta foloseste 200 g de faina alba obisnuita. Pentru briose pufoase, masoara faina afanand-o intai cu o lingura si abia apoi punand-o in cana sau pe cantar, ca sa nu o tasezi. Faina prea indesata inseamna mai multa faina decat trebuie, iar briosele ies dense si uscate. Daca poti, cantareste-o &#8212; e cea mai sigura metoda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline<\/strong> &#8212; cele 100 ml de ulei de masline tin locul untului si dau briosele umede care nu se usuca a doua zi. Pentru un gust echilibrat, alege un ulei de masline cu aroma blanda, nu unul foarte amarui sau intens, ca sa nu acopere aroma de lamaie. Daca preferi o nota cat mai neutra, un ulei rafinat merge la fel de bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de soia (sau orice lapte vegetal)<\/strong> &#8212; cei 200 ml de lapte vegetal hidrateaza aluatul si il leaga in lipsa oualor. Laptele de soia merge cel mai bine pentru ca are mai multe proteine si ajuta structura briosei, dar poti folosi si lapte de migdale, de ovaz sau de cocos. Alege o varianta neindulcita sau usor indulcita, ca sa controlezi tu cat zahar intra in reteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul<\/strong> &#8212; 200 g de zahar dau dulceata, dar ajuta si la textura: zaharul retine umezeala si pastreaza briosele moi. Zaharul alb obisnuit e perfect aici si lasa aroma de lamaie sa iasa in fata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt<\/strong> &#8212; o lingurita e tot ce iti trebuie ca aluatul sa creasca. Verifica sa fie proaspat: praful de copt vechi isi pierde puterea si briosele raman plate. Un mic test &#8212; pune putin intr-o lingura cu zeama de lamaie; daca face spuma imediat, e bun de folosit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lamaia<\/strong> &#8212; e vedeta retetei: folosesti coaja rasa de la o lamaie intreaga plus zeama de la jumatate in aluat, iar restul zemii merge in glazura. Coaja contine uleiurile aromate, deci ea da cea mai multa aroma &#8212; rade doar partea galbena, nu si albul de dedesubt, care e amar. Spala bine lamaia inainte si, daca poti, alege una neceruita pentru coaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extractul de vanilie<\/strong> &#8212; o lingurita rotunjeste aroma si echilibreaza acrisorul lamaii. Daca ai pasta sau zahar vanilat natural, merg la fel de bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul pudra si turmericul<\/strong> &#8212; formeaza glazura. Daca bati prea mult, dezvolti glutenul si briosele ies elastice si dense, nu pufoase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga coaja de lamaie peste zahar si faina, nu la final.<\/strong> Cand freci coaja in amestecul uscat, uleiurile din ea se elibereaza si parfumeaza tot aluatul &#8212; asa obtii cea mai puternica aroma de lamaie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fa testul cu scobitoarea.<\/strong> La 25 de minute, infige o scobitoare in centrul unei briose: daca iese curata, sunt gata; daca nu, mai lasa-le cateva minute. Briosele sunt coapte cand sunt usor aurii deasupra si elastice la atingere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa-le sa se raceasca inainte de glazura.<\/strong> Daca pui glazura pe briosele inca fierbinti, se va topi si se va scurge. Daca le-ai pus glazura, asaza-le intr-un singur strat ca sa nu se lipeasca. Pentru pastrare mai lunga, le poti congela neglasate: dupa ce s-au racit complet, pune-le intr-o punga cu inchidere etansa si tin pana la doua-trei luni. Le lasi sa se dezghete la temperatura camerei si abia apoi le glasezi.
