Incearca reteta de gyros vegan (de post)!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Sunt sigura ca sunteti deja familiarizati cu unul dintre cele mai faimoase preparate grecesti &#8211; <strong>gyros<\/strong>. Reteta traditionala de gyros continte carne rumenita pe rotisor, de obicei pui, miel, porc sau o combinatie intre acestea, invelita in lipie impreuna cu legume precum ceapa, castraveti si rosii si, desigur, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitive-cu-iaurt-tzatziki\/\">sos tzatziki<\/a>! Si gyros si saorma au devenit foarte populare in intreaga lume. &#8220;Doner kebab&#8221; inseamna, de fapt, coacerea carnii pe grill-ul vertical care se roteste, o tehnica de gatit foarte populara, inventata in Turcia acum trei secole, ce ii permite carnii sa se gateasca in propriul suc. Dupa cum probabil ati ghicit deja, &#8220;gyros&#8221; inseamna &#8220;a roti&#8221; in greaca, la fel cum &#8220;shawarma&#8221; inseamna acelasi lucru in limba araba.<\/p><p>Bineinteles, ingredientul principal ce face gyros-ul unic este faimosul sos tzatziki, un sos grecesc servit de obicei impreuna cu carne pe grill sau&nbsp;alte feluri de mancare traditionale. Dar deoarece nu toti suntem fani ai mancarurilor fast food de obicei nesanatoase, vreau sa va arat cum sa preparati varianta vegana\/de post a gyrosului, care este mult mai sanatoasa, dar si plina de arome autentice. Bineinteles, nicio reteta de gyros nu este completa fara tzatziki, nu-i asa? De aceea am pregatit o varianta vegana de tzatziki folosind iaurt vegan, castraveti si ierburi proaspete. Trebuie sa ma credeti cand va spun ca rezultatul final este foarte satios, delicios si muuult mai sanatos decat reteta originala!<\/p><p>Puteti faceti aceasta reteta de gyros atunci cand aveti pofta de un pranz sau o cina rapida, de care se poate bucura intreaga familie, sau il puteti lua la pachet pentru scoala sau munca. Nu uitati sa adaugati si cateva sosuri diferite, cum ar fi un sos iute, pe care invitatii le pot adauga pentru a crea un gyros si mai gustos.
