Vinetele sunt bogate in nutrienti esentiali, fibre, vitamine, mangan, vitamina K si lista nu se opreste aici. Puteti gati vinetele in nenumarate moduri, cea mai comuna tehnica varianta fiind coacerea.<\/p><p>Bineinteles, daca doriti sa schimbati reteta originala de placinta cu vinete puteti adauga si alte ingrediente in aceasta combinatie, cum ar fi morcovi, branza vegana, nuci sau orice altceva aveti pofta in acel moment.
