Se coace la 200\u00b0C aproximativ 30 de minute, pana se rumeneste, si iese satioasa, aromata si complet fara produse de origine animala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Musacaua a fost mereu una dintre mancarurile care imi amintesc de mese lungi, in familie. Am vrut sa o pot face si in perioadele de post, asa ca am cautat o combinatie de legume si proteine vegetale care sa dea aceeasi senzatie de satietate si profunzime de gust ca varianta clasica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dupa cateva incercari, am ajuns la amestecul de ciuperci Pleurotus si texturat de soia, sotat cu ceapa, rosii si boia afumata. In aceasta reteta se folosesc 2 vinete taiate felii, presarate cu sare si piper si coapte la cuptor aproximativ 15 minute. Coacerea in loc de prajire reduce uleiul folosit si scoate excesul de lichid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile Pleurotus<\/strong> sunt baza amestecului care inlocuieste carnea. Se folosesc 500 g tocate, sotate cu ceapa pana se inmoaie. Au o textura carnoasa care, combinata cu soia, imita foarte bine umplutura traditionala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Texturatul de soia<\/strong> aduce proteina si fermitate amestecului. Se folosesc 100 g (granule sau cubulete), inmuiate in apa fierbinte cu boia afumata, sare si piper aproximativ 10 minute, apoi scurse inainte de a fi adaugate in tigaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cartofii<\/strong> inlocuiesc sosul Bechamel cu un piure de deasupra. Se folosesc 3 cartofi mari, fierti pana se inmoaie (circa 15 minute), apoi pasati cu putina apa de la fiert, usturoi pisat, nucsoara, sare si piper, pana devin pufosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosiile si pasta de tomate<\/strong> dau sosul amestecului. Se folosesc 1 cana de rosii tocate si 1 lingura de pasta de tomate, adaugate peste ciuperci si soia pentru a lega totul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa, usturoiul si uleiul de masline<\/strong> sunt baza aromatica. O ceapa tocata se caleste in 1 lingura de ulei de masline, iar usturoiul pisat (1 catel) intra in piureul de cartofi pentru un plus de gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Boiaua afumata si nucsoara<\/strong> sunt condimentele care fac diferenta. Boiaua afumata (\u00bd lingurita) da nota de afumat amestecului care inlocuieste carnea, iar un varf de nucsoara parfumeaza piureul de cartofi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vegan-greek-moussaka-recipe-musaca-greceasca-de-post-1.jpg\" alt=\"musaca greceasca reteta vegetariana cu vinete\" class=\"wp-image-208461\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vegan-greek-moussaka-recipe-musaca-greceasca-de-post-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vegan-greek-moussaka-recipe-musaca-greceasca-de-post-1-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vegan-greek-moussaka-recipe-musaca-greceasca-de-post-1-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vegan-greek-moussaka-recipe-musaca-greceasca-de-post-1-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vegan-greek-moussaka-recipe-musaca-greceasca-de-post-1-500x375.jpg 500w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vegan-greek-moussaka-recipe-musaca-greceasca-de-post-1-728x546.jpg 728w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vegan-greek-moussaka-recipe-musaca-greceasca-de-post-1-960x720.jpg 960w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vegan-greek-moussaka-recipe-musaca-greceasca-de-post-1-1080x810.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pastreaza o cana de apa de la fiertul cartofilor &#8212; o folosesti ca sa reglezi consistenta piureului, ca sa iasa pufos, nu uscat.<\/li>\n<li>Presara sare pe feliile de vinete inainte de coacere; ajuta sa iasa excesul de lichid si reduce amaraciunea.<\/li>\n<li>Scurge bine texturatul de soia dupa inmuiere, ca amestecul sa nu fie prea apos cand il asezi in tava.<\/li>\n<li>Caleste ciupercile suficient (aproximativ 10 minute) ca sa lase apa, altfel straturile pot ramane prea umede.<\/li>\n<li>Lasa musacaua sa se odihneasca cateva minute dupa ce o scoti din cuptor; se portioneaza mult mai usor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Doar ciuperci sau doar soia<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu ai unul dintre ingrediente, poti folosi doar ciuperci Pleurotus sau doar texturat de soia; combinatia da cea mai buna textura, dar fiecare functioneaza si singur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu strat de cartofi la baza<\/strong> &#8212; pentru o varianta si mai indestulatoare, poti adauga un strat de felii subtiri de cartofi pe fundul tavii, sub vinete.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu dovlecei<\/strong> &#8212; in unele zone musacaua se face cu dovlecei in locul vinetelor; poti inlocui partial sau total vinetele cu felii de dovlecel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai putin afumata<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu iti place gustul puternic de afumat, redu boiaua afumata si foloseste boia dulce obisnuita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Musacaua se pastreaza foarte bine, asa ca este perfecta pentru meal prep. Dupa ce s-a racit, acopera tava si tine-o la frigider 3-4 zile; o reincalzesti la cuptor sau in portii individuale, in functie de cat servesti.
