Descopera reteta pas cu pas si bucura-te de o mancare delicioasa si sanatoasa!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Pastitsio este o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/retete-grecesti\/\">reteta traditionala greceasca<\/a> foarte cunoscuta, pe care o puteti intalni pe tot intinsul Greciei. Mai intai trebuie sa preparati amestecul de carne si sosul Bechamel. Stratul de baza trebuie sa fie format din paste cilindrice, pe care grecii le amesteca de obicei cu branza feta pentru a oferi un gust si mai delicios intregului preparat. Dupa acest prim strat, urmeaza un strat din amestecul de carne de miel, vitel sau chiar vita si o combinatie de condimente (precum scortisoara) si rosii. Apoi adaugati inca un strat de paste si finalizati cu un strat de sos Bechamel cremos. Puteti adauga si cascaval sau branza&nbsp;deasupra pentru un rezultat si mai gustos si trebuie sa serviti totul cat este cald. Grecii servesc de obicei pastitsio alaturi de o salata, pentru un plus de prospetime.<\/p><p>Pentru <strong>versiunea vegana\/de post<\/strong> a acestei retete am respectat pasii mai sus mentionati insa am inlocuit carnea de miel tocata cu un amestec de legume sanatoase: morcovi, linte, rosii si, bineinteles, condimente autentice pentru pastitsio, precum scortisoara si nucsoara. <strong>Sosul Bechamel vegan<\/strong> este foarte usor de facut. L-am preparat din unt vegan, lapte vegetal, faina si tofu.
