Se gateste intr-o singura oala, in mai putin de 40 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avgolemono este o supa greceasca ce contine de obicei pui, orez, lamaie si ou. In reteta originala, zeama este realizata din fierberea carnii, de obicei pui, miel sau chiar peste, iar oul batut cu lamaie se adauga la final ca sa ingroase si sa catifeleze totul. Mi-am dorit sa pastrez exact acea textura matasoasa si gustul proaspat de lamaie, dar fara niciun ingredient de origine animala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sincer sa va spun, aceasta este una dintre cele mai bune supe pe care le-am facut vreodata. O consider un fel de mancare perfect pentru zilele cand nu am chef sa gatesc ceva prea complicat si vreau pur si simplu sa ma bucur de o masa calda si indestulatoare. amestecul de tofu silken, lapte de cocos si tapioca catifeleaza supa exact ca oul batut cu lamaie din reteta greceasca traditionala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gustul de lamaie e proaspat si echilibrat<\/strong> &#8212; cele 3 linguri de zeama de lamaie dau acea aciditate vie care defineste o avgolemono buna.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tofu afumat face diferenta<\/strong> &#8212; aduce o nota afumata si savuroasa care imita gustul plin al carnii din varianta clasica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se face intr-o singura oala<\/strong> &#8212; caliesti legumele, fierbi orezul si incorporezi amestecul cremos in acelasi vas, deci ai mizerie minima in bucatarie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E satioasa, dar usoara<\/strong> &#8212; orezul si tofu o fac indestulatoare fara sa fie grea, asa ca o poti servi linistit si seara.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva adauga adancime<\/strong> &#8212; Spre deosebire de tofu ferm, cel silken are un continut mare de apa si o consistenta de budinca, asa ca se omogenizeaza perfect in blender fara sa lase bucati. Cauta-l la raionul de produse asiatice sau vegetariene, nu il confunda cu tofu obisnuit &#8212; daca folosesti tofu ferm, supa nu va iesi catifelata. Pastreaza-l in lichidul din ambalaj pana il folosesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de cocos la conserva<\/strong> aduce cremozitatea grasa care, alaturi de tofu, inlocuieste oul. Foloseste lapte de cocos integral, nu varianta light sau bautura de cocos de la tetra pak &#8212; acestea sunt prea apoase. Agita bine conserva inainte sa o deschizi, ca sa amesteci partea groasa cu lichidul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zeama de lamaie<\/strong> da sufletul retetei. Stoarce lamaia proaspat, nu folosi suc la sticla &#8212; diferenta de prospetime se simte imediat intr-o supa unde lamaia e vedeta. Daca iti place mai acrisor, mai poti adauga o lingura la final, dupa ce gusti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tofu afumat<\/strong> este ingredientul care imita gustul carnii din avgolemono originala. Felii-l subtire ca sa se distribuie uniform in fiecare castron. Calitatea conteaza: un tofu afumat bun, ferm si bine condimentat, ridica toata supa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Orezul<\/strong> ingroasa supa pe masura ce fierbe si elibereaza amidon. Eu il adaug peste legumele calite si il las cateva minute sa absoarba zeama lor inainte de a turna supa &#8212; acest pas mic da mai multa aroma boabelor. Un orez rotund sau cu bob mediu lasa cea mai cremoasa textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> (nutritional yeast) aduc acea nota umami, usor brandzoasa, care da adancime supelor vegane. O lingura e suficienta cat sa rotunjeasca gustul fara sa il domine. Nu o confunda cu drojdia de panificatie &#8212; aceasta e inactiva si nu dospeste nimic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina de tapioca<\/strong> ajuta amestecul cremos sa se lege si sa ingroase fin, fara sa lase gust. Daca nu ai, o poti inlocui cu putin amidon de porumb, dar tapioca da o textura mai matasoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Caleste legumele pana se inmoaie, nu pana se rumenesc<\/strong> &#8212; ceapa, morcovul si telina au nevoie de aproximativ 5 minute la foc mediu pentru a-si elibera dulceata. Stii ca sunt gata cand ceapa devine translucida si incepe sa miroasa dulce.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa orezul sa absoarba zeama legumelor inainte de a adauga supa<\/strong> &#8212; acest pas de 5 minute infiltreaza aroma in boabe. Daca sari peste el, orezul ramane mai fad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga amestecul cremos abia la final, dupa ce ai oprit clocotul puternic<\/strong> &#8212; greseala cea mai frecventa e sa torni amestecul de cocos si tofu in supa care fierbe in clocote, unde se poate taia. Textura va fi usor mai putin matasoasa, dar tot cremoasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai consistenta sau mai clara:<\/strong> in Grecia, avgolemono se gaseste de la o supa clara pana la o tocana groasa. Foloseste mai mult orez si mai putina supa pentru o varianta consistenta, sau invers pentru una mai usoara.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara tofu afumat:<\/strong> daca nu gasesti, poti folosi tofu ferm marinat cu putin sos de soia si o pudra de afumat, sau ciuperci calite pentru o nota savuroasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai multe legume:<\/strong> poti adauga praz, telina radacina sau o mana de spanac la final, pentru un castron si mai bogat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supa se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile. Orezul va continua sa absoarba lichid, asa ca la reincalzire mai adauga putina supa sau apa si ajusteaza lamaia, fiindca aciditatea se estompeaza in timp. Incalzeste-o la foc mic, amestecand bland, ca amestecul cremos sa nu se taie. Nu recomand congelarea: laptele de cocos si tofu silken isi pot schimba textura dupa dezghetare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa o pregatesti in avans, poti cali legumele si fierbe orezul cu o zi inainte, urmand sa adaugi amestecul cremos de cocos si lamaie abia la reincalzire &#8212; asa pastrezi cea mai buna textura. Daca iti plac supele reconfortante de acest fel, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-cu-galusti\/\">supa cu galusti<\/a> sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-cu-taitei-vegana\/\">supa cu taitei vegana<\/a>. Iar daca ai ramas cu pofta de orez cu lapte de cocos, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/budinca-de-orez-cu-lapte-de-cocos\/\">budinca de orez cu lapte de cocos<\/a> e un desert numai
