In reteta originala, zeama este realizata din fierberea carnii, de obicei pui, miel sau chiar peste. Desigur, nicio reteta de&nbsp;Avgolemono nu este completa fara sa adaugam clasicele ierburi proaspete precum ceapa verde si mararul si, desigur, cateva felii de lamaie! Toate acestea vor da un gust si mai bun intregului preparat.<\/p><p>Va recomand sa serviti aceasta supa la pranz sau chiar la cina, deoarece are o consistenta minunata si este satioasa, mai ales datorita faptului ca varianta ei de post\/vegana foloseste tofu si tofu afumat pentru a obtine un gust foarte asemanator variantei originale. Sincer sa va spun, aceasta este una dintre cele mai bune supe pe care le-am facut vreodata si o consider un fel de mancare perfect pentru zilele cand nu aveti chef sa gatiti ceva prea complicat si vreti pur si simplu sa va bucurati de o masa calda si indestulatoare.
