Se fac rapid, cu ingrediente accesibile, si rezulta vreo 16 discuri perfecte pentru o gustare in post sau pentru o masa cu prietenii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Astazi am facut rulouri cu spanac, o reteta realizata de obicei cu spanac, branza feta si ceapa verde si avand o forma de spirala. folosesc spanac congelat pentru ca e deja curatat, tocat si disponibil tot anul. Important e sa il gatesti pana se inmoaie complet si apoi sa scurgi bine lichidul in exces, altfel umplutura ramane apoasa si inmoaie foietajul. Daca ai spanac proaspat, il poti folosi, dar tine cont ca scade mult la gatit, asa ca iti trebuie o cantitate considerabil mai mare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tofu maruntit<\/strong> &#8212; aici tofu inlocuieste branza feta din reteta clasica si aduce textura faramicioasa pe care o cauti. Alege un tofu ferm sau extra-ferm si presa-l putin intr-un prosop curat ca sa scapi de excesul de apa inainte sa il faramitezi. Pentru un gust mai apropiat de feta, il poti condimenta cu putina sare si un strop de zeama de lamaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Foietaj vegan<\/strong> &#8212; multe foietaje cumparate sunt deja vegane, dar verifica eticheta, pentru ca unele contin unt. Lasa foaia sa se dezghete doar atat cat sa o poti intinde si rula fara sa se rupa, dar pastreaz-o rece, pentru ca foietajul cald devine lipicios si greu de manipulat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praz si usturoi<\/strong> &#8212; prazul aduce o dulceata fina, mult mai blanda decat ceapa obisnuita, iar usturoiul da profunzime. Caleste-le la foc mediu doar pana se inmoaie, fara sa se rumeneasca, ca sa nu devina amare. Spala bine prazul intre frunze, pentru ca acolo se aduna nisip si pamant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marar, menta si ceapa verde<\/strong> &#8212; aceste ierburi proaspete fac diferenta intre o umplutura banala si una aromata. Le adaugi la final, dupa ce ai oprit focul, ca sa isi pastreze prospetimea si culoarea. Menta proaspata da o nota greceasca subtila, asa ca nu o sari, chiar daca pare neobisnuita alaturi de spanac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scurge bine umplutura.<\/strong> Cea mai frecventa greseala este sa lasi spanacul prea umed. Dupa ce l-ai gatit, scurge lichidul in exces si, daca e nevoie, preseaza-l usor. O umplutura uscata inseamna un foietaj crocant, nu unul moale si cleios.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intinde umplutura in strat subtire si egal.<\/strong> Daca pui prea mult amestec, ruloul nu se inchide bine si umplutura iese afara la taiere. Lasa o margine mica fara umplutura la capatul spre care rulezi, ca sa se lipeasca spirala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Taie cu un cutit ascutit.<\/strong> Foietajul rulat se taie mai usor daca apesi drept in jos, fara sa faci miscari de fierastrau, altfel turtesti spirala. Taie ruloul intai in jumatati, apoi fiecare jumatate in discuri de 1-2 cm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca sunt gata cand<\/strong> foietajul a crescut, e auriu si crocant la margini. La 200 C dureaza in jur de 30 de minute, dar fiecare cuptor e diferit, asa ca uita-te la culoare, nu doar la ceas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa-le sa se odihneasca cateva minute<\/strong> dupa ce le scoti din cuptor. Reteta devine vegetariana, dar gustul ramane autentic.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu alte ierburi<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu ai marar sau menta, poti folosi patrunjel proaspat sau o combinatie de ierburi mediteraneene. Fiecare ierburi schimba putin profilul aromatic, asa ca experimenteaza dupa gust.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu un plus de aroma<\/strong> &#8212; un praf de nucsoara sau putina coaja de lamaie rasa in umplutura inviorseaza spanacul si ii adauga profunzime.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu alte legume<\/strong> &#8212; poti adauga in umplutura ciuperci calite si scurse bine sau ardei copt tocat marunt, pentru o varianta mai consistenta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rulourile cu spanac sunt cele mai bune calde, proaspat scoase din cuptor, cand foietajul e crocant. Se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 2-3 zile. Pentru a recapata textura crocanta, le reincalzesti in cuptor cateva minute, nu la microunde, care le inmoaie.
