Avand in vedere ca nu sunt un fana a mancarurilor procesate, am vrut sa transform aceasta reteta in varianta ei vegana, folosind doar ingrediente sanatoase, si am vrut sa obtin un rezultat cat mai asemanator in termeni de gust si textura. Si stiti ce? Chiar mi-a iesit! Reteta de sos de branza vegan este destul de similara cu cea folosita la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-de-branza-vegana-pentru-nachos\/\"><strong>sosul de nachos vegan<\/strong><\/a>. Am mai adaugat insa niste caju, pentru un gust mai &#8220;laptos&#8221;, si lapte de cocos full-fat.
