Cred totusi, ca povestile noastre se unesc si fiecare dintre noi suntem uniti prin ceea ce ne dorim sa aducem si sa cultivam in viata noastra: o stare de satisfactie si de multumire de sine, fericire, seninatate, usurinta (opus expresiilor: \u201cmi-e sufletul ingreunat\u201d; \u201cmintea greoaie\u201d; \u201cmi-e capul greu\u201d; \u201cmi-e corpul greoi\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aventura mea cu Yoga<\/strong> a inceput destul de precaut, prin 2014. Aveam pe atunci 30 de ani. N-as sti sa-ti spun precis ce m-a indemnat sa incerc yoga: curiozitatea, dorinta de a recunoaste natura umana si spirituala care ne leaga pe fiecare, calea prin care imi pot recunoaste si depasi anumite limitari, o stare personala de echilibru si armonie. Insa din momentul in care Yoga a intrat in viata mea, porti s-au deschis.<\/p>\n<p>In 2015 absolveam cursul de 200 ore pentru acreditare ca profesor de yoga, iar in ianuarie 2018 obtineam in India acreditarea Yoga Alliance pentru 500 ore. Intre timp, alte calatorii in India si Nepal mi-au deschis porti pentru cunoasterea Ayurveda (\u201cstiinta vietii\u201d), Yoga terapeutica, Meditatia budista.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Impactul Yoga in viata mea<\/strong> este unul urias, prin schimbarile pe care mi le-a adus in viata personala si profesionala, oamenii pe care i-am intalnit si povestile acestora de viata. Si pentru calea pe care mi-am aflat-o.<\/p>\n<p>Am fost si raman o persoana pragmatica. Yoga este o unealta, un instrument de care ma folosesc pentru a-mi sprijini mentinerea starii de armonie fizica, mentala, emotionala. Si aceasta este si modalitatea in care transmit mai departe aceste cunostinte: prin intermediul experientei personale si a utilitatii dovedite, pliind-o cat mai mult pe necesitatile curente ale societatii si ale individului.<\/p>\n<p>Ce imi pare uimitor este faptul ca Yoga, o <strong>filosofie veche de 5000 de ani<\/strong>, a intrat atat de mult in interesul oamenilor de stiinta si al medicinei moderne, iar rezultatele nu contenesc ca confirme beneficiile acestei practici pentru sanatate si starea de bine. Sunt marturiile celor care au participat la studiu si analizele de laborator care valideaza beneficiile yoga. Da, Yoga functioneaza!<\/p>\n<p>Intr-un timp al societatii moderne in care ritmul de viata devine tot mai rapid si solicitant, iar individul se afla aproape continuu in postura de \u201ca face\u201d si de \u201ca produce\u201d, nu e de mirare ca devenim din ce in ce mai deconectati de la propriul corp si de la ceea ce simtim cu adevarat.<\/p>\n<p>Iar<strong> consecintele stresului (mental, fizic, emotional)<\/strong> nu se lasa mult asteptate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tulburari de somn<\/li>\n<li>vitalitate scazuta<\/li>\n<li>migrene<\/li>\n<li>dureri de spate<\/li>\n<li>probleme de digestie (durere de stomac, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celiaci.ro\/articole\/despre-sindromul-colonului-iritabil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sindromul colonului iritabil<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>probleme de circulatie (senzatia de maini si picioare reci)<\/li>\n<li>probleme de respiratie (senzatia de sufocare\/ greutate in piept)<\/li>\n<li>raceli si infectii frecvente<\/li>\n<li>libidou scazut si infertilitate<\/li>\n<li>stare acuta de nemultumire<\/li>\n<li>iritare si tremur nervos<\/li>\n<li>incredere scazuta in propriile abilitati<\/li>\n<li>stare de agitatie<\/li>\n<li>viziune pesimista asupra vietii<\/li>\n<li>capacitate redusa de a gandi limpede<\/li>\n<li>izolarea fata de comunitate, etc. (Sursa: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/balance\/stress-management\/stress-symptoms-effects_of-stress-on-the-body#2\">WebMed<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yoga, prin ramurile sale care s-au propagat cel mai bine in occident &#8211; <strong>Asana (posturi fizice)<\/strong> si<strong> Meditatia<\/strong> &#8211; se bucura de urmatoarele recunoasteri, ca modalitate de reducere a stresului si de consolidare fizica si emotionala a starii de bine.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Frequently-Asked-Questions-About-Yoga-.jpg\" alt=\"Beneficii yoga dupa o singura sedinta de yoga\" width=\"730\" height=\"410\"><\/p>\n<h2>Beneficii yoga dupa o singura sedinta de yoga<\/h2>\n<h3>Imbunatatirea functiei creierului.<\/h3>\n<p>Doar 20 de minute de <strong>Hatha Yoga<\/strong> &#8211; o form\u0103 traditionala de Yoga Asana care pune accentul pe posturi si mentinerea acestora intr-o stare meditativa si contemplativa &#8211; poate \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi func\u021bia cognitiv\u0103, stimuleaza memoria pe termen scurt si capacitatea de concentrare. (Sursa: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/tp2016234\">studiu Australia)<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Cresterea flexibilitatii, a tonusului muscular si reducerea grasimii corporale<\/h3>\n<p>Un studiu recent a consemnat faptul ca practicarea yoga conduce la cre\u0219terea flexibilitatii si mobilitatii corpului, cresterea puterii musculare \u0219i sc\u0103derea gr\u0103simii corporale. (Sursa:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ijoy.org.in\/article.asp?issn=0973-6131;year=2015;volume=8;issue=1;spage=37;epage=46;aulast=Halder\"> studiu India<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ivaz-yoga.jpg\" alt=\"Beneficii yoga dupa cateva luni de practica yoga\" width=\"730\" height=\"350\"><\/h2>\n<h2>Beneficii yoga dupa cateva luni de practica yoga<\/h2>\n<h3>Scaderea tensiunii arteriale<\/h3>\n<p>Intr-un studiu pilot al <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ijoy.org.in\/article.asp?issn=0973-6131;year=2017;volume=10;issue=2;spage=103;epage=106;aulast=Chauhan\">Universitatii din India<\/a>, cercetatorii au descoperit faptul ca practicarea yoga pe o perioada de cateva saptamani contribuie la scaderea tensiunii arteriale, pentru persoanele cu hipertensiune usoara pana la moderata.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.liebertpub.com\/doi\/10.1089\/acm.2016.0234\">Universitatea din Corea de Sud<\/a> a mers si mai departe, analizand eficienta yoga si meditatiei asupra persoanelor cu hipertensiune arteriala. Astfel, a reiesit faptul ca atat yoga cat si meditatia contribuie semnificativ la scaderea si normalizarea tensiunii arteriale, unde Meditatia a avut un rol semnificativ la pesoanele peste 60 ani, iar Yoga a avut efect mai pronuntat la pesoanele sub 60 ani.<\/p>\n<h3>Imbunatatirea capacitatii pulmonare.<\/h3>\n<p>Un studiu recent realizat de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liebertpub.com\/doi\/10.1089\/acm.2017.0102\">Universitatea din US<\/a> a scos la iveala faptul ca tehnicile specifice de respiratie (Pranayama) care insotesc practica Yoga conduc la cresterea semnificativa a capacitatii pulmonare si a cantitatii de aer respirat.<\/p>\n<h3>Imbunatatirea functiei sexuale.<\/h3>\n<p>Un studiu realizat de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.harvard.edu\/healthbeat\/yoga-for-a-better-sex-life\">Harvard<\/a> a aratat ca yoga contribuie la imbunatatirea vietii sexuale: stimularea excitarii, cresterea libidoului, reducerea durerii din timpul actului sexual, orgasm si satisfactie generala pentru femei. De asemenea, yoga le sprijina pe femei sa se conecteze si sa se familiarizeze cu propriul corp.<\/p>\n<h3>Reducerea durerii cronice a spatelui si a gatului<\/h3>\n<p>Un studiu facut de <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.4103\/0973-6131.146046\">Universitatea din Geneva<\/a> a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 practicarea Iyengar yoga (un stil bazat pe sistemul traditional Hatha Yoga care pune accent pe alinierea corecta) este eficient\u0103 \u00een reducerea durerii si imbunatatirea calitatii vietii la adul\u021bii care sufer\u0103 de dureri cronice ale spatelui sau la nivelul gatului.<\/p>\n<h3>Reducerea starilor de anxietate si depresie<\/h3>\n<p>Poate cel mai recent studiu pe aceasta tema, publicat in 2018 de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ijpvmjournal.net\/article.asp?issn=2008-7802;year=2018;volume=9;issue=1;spage=21;epage=21;aulast=Shohani\">Universitatea din Iran<\/a> a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 12 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de HathaYoga sprijina reducerea starilor de anxietate si depresie.<\/p>\n<h3>Controlul nivelului de zah\u0103r din s\u00e2nge la persoanele cu diabet zaharat.<\/h3>\n<p>Practica Hatha Yoga adaugata unui regim tipic de ingrijire a diabetului zaharat conduce la normalizarea nivelului de zahar din sange la persoanele cu pre-diabet si diabet tip 2, dupa cum a reiesit din studiile mai multor universitati de prestigiu din SUA si India. Totodata, s-a constatat scaderea masei corporale, normalizarea nivelului de lipide si a cortizolului, imbunatatirea calitatii vietii la pacientii cu diabet. (Surse: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.karger.com\/Article\/Abstract\/464441\">S-VYASA India<\/a>,<a href=\"http:\/\/jcdr.net\/article_fulltext.asp?issn=0973-709x&amp;year=2017&amp;volume=11&amp;issue=9&amp;page=CC10&amp;issn=0973-709x&amp;id=10633\"> Institutul pentru Cercetare si Educare Medicala din India<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/28882745\">Universitatea SUA<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h3>Imbunatatirea echilibrului si a proprioceptiei<\/h3>\n<p>In urma unui program de yoga Iyengar de 12 saptamani conceput pentru adulti in varsta (media de varsta 68 ani) a condus la imbunatatirea echilibrului si a mobilitatii, conform studiului elaborat de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/23825035\">Institutul pentru Sanatate Generala din Australia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Frequently-Asked-Questions-About-Yoga-Answered.jpg\" alt=\"Yoga si beneficiile sale aduse sanatatii\" width=\"730\" height=\"542\"><\/p>\n<h2>Beneficii yoga dupa cativa ani<\/h2>\n<h3>Oase mai puternice.<\/h3>\n<p>Un studiu al <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.lww.com\/topicsingeriatricrehabilitation\/Fulltext\/2016\/04000\/Twelve_Minute_Daily_Yoga_Regimen_Reverses.3.aspx\">Universitatii din New York<\/a> condus pe durata a 10 ani, a scos in evidenta beneficiile practicarii yoga (intr-un program zilnic de doar 12 minute!) asupra cresterii densitatii osoase, observata prin scanarea densitatii minerale osoase a participantilor la studiu. In consecinta, a reiesit faptul ca yoga conduce la regresia osteoporozei.<\/p>\n<p>Mai mult, un studiu efectuat de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ijoy.org.in\/article.asp?issn=0973-6131;year=2016;volume=9;issue=1;spage=44;epage=48;aulast=Motorwala\">Institutele de Ortopedie si Fizioterapie din India<\/a> pe durata a 6 luni a condus la imbunatatirea densitatii osoase a femeilor cu osteoporoza aflate la menopauza.<\/p>\n<h3>Greutate sanatoasa<\/h3>\n<p>In urma studiului condus de cercetatorii <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fredhutch.org\/en\/news\/releases\/2005\/07\/yogaexercise.html\">Institutului din Seatle<\/a>, s-a descoperit faptul ca practica regulata de yoga sprijina mentinerea normo-ponderala a greutatii la varsta adulta si contribuie la reducerea greutatii corporale la persoanele care se confrunta cu obezitate.<\/p>\n<h3>Risc cardiovascular redus<\/h3>\n<p>Adoptarea yoga ca parte a unui stil de viata sanatos conduce la reducerea riscului cardiovascular, rezultat confirmat de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liebertpub.com\/doi\/10.1089\/acm.2016.0309\">Institutul de Medicina Generala din India<\/a>, acesta fiind corelat totodata cu reducere colesterolului total.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, studiul <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ijoy.org.in\/article.asp?issn=0973-6131;year=2018;volume=11;issue=1;spage=37;epage=43;aulast=Praveena\">Colegiului Medical din India<\/a> condus asupra unui grup de femei (intre 45 &#8211; 60 ani) aflate in post-menopauza (menopauza instalata de 5 ani) a scos in evidenta imbunatatirea variatiei ritmului cardiac (HRV) si reducerea riscului cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p>Tu ce anume iti doresti sa previi sau sa tratezi prin Yoga?
