Incearca acest drob vegan cu naut (de post).&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Meatloaf (drob) este unul dintre acele feluri de mancare care, la prima vedere, nu pare a fi specific american caci, asa cum probabil stiti deja, exista multe variante ale acestui preparat peste tot in jurul lumii. Insa faimoasa rulada de carne americana a aparut oficial in gastronomia tarii in jurul secolului al XIX-lea si este un omagiu adus mancarurilor ce pot fi realizate din ce ramane de la alte preparate, precum caserole sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/musaca-vegetariana-de-cartofi-cu-ciuperci\/\">placinte ciobanesti<\/a>.<\/p><p>Drobul de carne este un fel de mancare delicios, simplu si satios, cu un gust unic pe care orice american adevarat il stie pe dinafara. Meatloaf inseamna, practic, un &#8220;bustean&#8221; de carne tocata la cuptor, la care cateodata se adauga si oua fierte tari, ceapa, legume (cum ar fi ardei gras) si condimente, dar cel mai adesea amestecul este stropit cu sos <em>gravy\u00a0<\/em>pentru friptura si servit alaturi de o garnitura din piure de cartofi. Pentru ca populatia nu isi putea permite sa hraneasca vitele pe perioada iernii, carnea folosita pentru rulada de carne era cel mai des de vita.<\/p><p>Popularitatea drobului american a crescut din ce in ce mai mult spre sfarsitul secolului datorita industrializarii procesului de ambalare a carnii, ce a rezultat in numeroase resturi de carne prea valoroase pentru a fi pur si simplu aruncate. Multi bucatari renumiti precum Betty Crocker aveau propria varianta a retetei, si exista chiar si o carte de bucate ce dateaza din 1958 ce contine mai mult de 70 de sugestii pentru a prepara reteta de matloaf!<\/p><p>Un chestionar din revista &#8220;Good Housekeeping&#8221; in 2007 mentiona meatloaf ca fiind al saptelea fel de mancare preferat al americanilor, asadar va puteti da seama de importanta acestui preparat pentru bucataria si cultura americana. Din acest motiv, am vrut sa creez propria versiune vegana\/de post a acestui meatloaf&nbsp; si trebuie sa recunosc ca sunt chiar impresionata de rezultate! Pentru reteta mea am folosit un amestec de naut, ardei gras si inlocuitor de ou din seminte de in, drojdie inactiva si multe alte ingrediente sanatoase pentru a obtine un preparat extrem de asemanator
