Se prepara in aproximativ 35 de minute, la tigaie, si iese suficient pentru 6 sandvisuri consistente. Pentru varianta mea am folosit ciupercile mele preferate: ciuperci Pleurotus! Pentru un sandvis complet sanatos si guilt-free am mizat pe inlocuitorul meu de carne preferat din intreaga lume, care da textura de &#8220;carne&#8221; fara nimic din greutatea unei fripturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce merg ciupercile Pleurotus in locul carnii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciupercile Pleurotus (numite si urechiuse sau oyster mushrooms) au fibre care se rup in fasii lungi atunci cand le tai de-a lungul, exact ca fibrele unei fripturi. Cand le sotezi mai mult timp, elimina apa si se strang, capatand o textura carnoasa, usor elastica, care &#8220;prinde&#8221; condimentele. Asta le face inlocuitorul ideal intr-un cheesesteak: iau gustul de fum si de mirodenii si dau la muscatura senzatia de &#8220;steak&#8221;, nu de garnitura de legume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cand le cumperi, cauta ciuperci ferme, cu marginile intregi, fara zone umede sau innegrite. Le tai in bucati lungi si subtiri, de-a lungul fibrei, ca sa pastrezi acele &#8220;fasii&#8221; care imita friptura. Lingurita de zahar brun si sosul BBQ echilibreaza condimentele si ajuta la caramelizare, iar cele doua linguri de vin alb deglazeaza si aduc aciditate. Uleiul de cocos suporta bine sotarea mai lunga si nu se arde repede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ardeiul galben, ardeiul rosu si ceapa taiata julienne se caramelizeaza incet si aduc dulceata naturala care taie din intensitatea condimentelor. Pentru branza, poti folosi <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvisuri-cu-branza-vegana-topita-fara-gluten\/\">cheddar vegan care se topeste frumos<\/a>; reteta merge si cu branza obisnuita daca nu tii post sau nu esti vegan, insa pentru varianta 100% vegetala ramai la cea vegana. Chiflele de hotdog sau baghetele scurte sunt alegerea clasica, fiindca tin bine umplutura fara sa se sfarame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum iese sandvisul perfect de fiecare data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Caramelizeaza legumele cu rabdare, aproximativ 15 minute la foc mediu. Daca grabesti procesul, raman crocante si apoase in loc sa devina dulci si moi.<\/li>\n<li>Soteaza ciupercile in jur de 20 de minute, ca sa elimine apa. Cat timp lasa lichid in tigaie, inca nu au capatat textura carnoasa; asteapta sa se stranga si sa inceapa sa se rumeneasca usor.<\/li>\n<li>Adauga condimentele peste ciupercile taiate inainte de sotare, ca sa se imbrace uniform si sa se &#8220;prajeasca&#8221; putin, nu doar sa stea crude peste.<\/li>\n<li>Pune feliile de cheddar peste amestecul fierbinte si acopera tigaia cu un capac pentru un minut. Daca vrei sa faci o masa completa cu tema &#8220;comfort food american&#8221;, il poti pune langa <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegan-perfect\/\">burgerul vegan perfect<\/a> pentru o seara de street food acasa. Pune amestecul intr-un recipient inchis in frigider si il tii 3 pana la 4 zile; il reincalzesti in tigaie la foc mediu, adaugand feliile de cheddar la final ca sa se topeasca din nou proaspat. Nu recomand sa umpli chiflele dinainte, fiindca umezeala din umplutura le inmoaie si isi pierd textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru mese pregatite din timp, poti gati amestecul de ciuperci si legume cu o zi inainte si sa asamblezi sandvisurile fix inainte de servire.
