Dovlecelul calit impreuna cu porumb dulce, ardei jalapeno si un strop de iaurt de soia da o supa cremoasa, picanta cat trebuie si potrivita pentru orice sezon. Pentru versiunea vegana si de post am incercat sa urmez reteta originala pentru supa cu ingrediente taiate mari, nu pentru o supa crema. Asa pastrezi bucatelele de dovlecel si boabele de porumb intregi, iar fiecare lingura are textura ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente iti trebuie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista este scurta si se construieste pe lucruri usor de gasit. Cateva note care te ajuta sa nimeresti gustul din prima:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Dovlecel<\/strong> taiat cubulete. Alege unul ferm, cu coaja lucioasa si fara pete moi; cei tineri au mai putine seminte si o textura mai placuta.<\/li><li><strong>Porumb dulce<\/strong> pentru dulceata si contrast. Merge la fel de bine din boabe proaspete, congelate sau din conserva, bine scurse.<\/li><li><strong>Ardei jalapeno<\/strong> tocat fin, pentru nota picanta. Scoate semintele si nervurile albe daca il vrei mai bland.<\/li><li><strong>Iaurt de soia neindulcit<\/strong> pentru cremozitate. Caleste intai ceapa in uleiul de masline pana devine translucida, aproximativ 3 minute, ca sa-si piarda asprimea si sa-si scoata dulceata. Adauga dovlecelul si lasa-l inca 4 minute, apoi porumbul si jalapeno pentru inca 2 minute, ca legumele sa prinda putina culoare inainte de a turna lichidul. Dupa ce adaugi supa de legume, piperul si sarea, lasa sa fiarba 7-10 minute, cat sa se inmoaie dovlecelul fara sa se destrame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce se adauga iaurtul abia la final<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasul cheie este sa opresti focul inainte de a pune iaurtul de soia si drojdia inactiva. Iaurtul, fie el de soia sau smantana, se poate taia daca este adaugat in lichid clocotit, asa ca incorporarea lui in supa oprita de pe foc pastreaza textura catifelata si omogena. Dupa ce amesteci, presari nucsoara si fulgii de ardei, acoperi si lasi supa sa stea 5 minute. Repausul acesta lasa aromele sa se aseze si supa sa ajunga la o temperatura placuta pentru servire. Daca vrei o masa cu accent mexican, o poti pune in meniu langa o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/caserola-mexicana\/\">caserola mexicana<\/a> sau o poti alterna cu varianta inrudita, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-de-porumb-mexicana\/\">supa de porumb mexicana<\/a>. Reincalzeste-o la foc mic si amesteca des, ca iaurtul sa nu se separe; daca s-a ingrosat prea mult, mai adauga putina supa de legume. Coriandrul si branza ii pui de fiecare data proaspete, la servire, ca sa-si pastreze aroma.
