Se serveste calda sau la temperatura camerei, cu patrunjel proaspat si creme fraiche vegana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi-a placut mereu cat de putin efort cere bucataria germana pentru cat de satioasa iese mancarea, iar aceasta salata de cartofi e exemplul meu preferat. Am descoperit-o ca aperitiv simplu, dar care multumeste pe toata lumea la masa, indiferent daca o pui calda sau rece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am vrut o versiune complet vegetala, asa ca am inlocuit baconul clasic cu felii de tofu afumat prajite in chimion, boia afumata si usturoi. Ii fierbi spalati, cu coaja, ca sa pastreze forma si o textura mai interesanta, apoi ii tai in bucati mari dupa ce se racesc putin. Cartofii rosii sunt fermi si nu se sfarama in sos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tofu afumat<\/strong> &#8212; o cana de tofu afumat taiat in felii inlocuieste baconul. Il prajesti cu chimion, boia afumata, usturoi praf si ulei de masline pana devine crocant si capata un gust intens, afumat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mustar de Dijon<\/strong> &#8212; doua linguri dau baza picanta si aromata a sosului cald. Mustarul de Dijon e mai fin si mai intens decat mustarul clasic, asa ca leaga bine aromele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otet de mere<\/strong> &#8212; doua linguri de otet de mere nefiltrat aduc aciditatea specifica salatei germane. Echilibreaza dulceata zaharului brun si da prospetime sosului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zahar brun<\/strong> &#8212; o lingura de zahar brun rotunjeste sosul si creeaza acel contrast dulce-acrisor specific pentru Kartoffelsalat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoi<\/strong> &#8212; doi catei mari de usturoi zdrobit se prajesc in sos timp de cateva minute, pentru aroma. In plus, usturoiul praf intra in condimentarea tofului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Creme fraiche vegana<\/strong> &#8212; o cana de creme fraiche vegana se adauga la servire, pentru cremozitate. Aromele se aseaza si mai bine dupa cateva ore, asa ca este perfecta de pregatit in avans pentru mese cu prietenii sau picnicuri. O poti servi rece, direct de la frigider, sau o poti incalzi usor intr-o tigaie inainte de servire. Daca planuiesti sa o tii mai mult, pastreaza creme fraiche vegana separat si adaug-o doar la servire, alaturi de patrunjel proaspat tocat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac salatele simple si satioase, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-vegana-a-la-russe\/\">salata vegana a la russe<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-rosii-coapte-cu-tofu-afumat\/\">salata de rosii coapte cu tofu afumat<\/a>.
