Sunt sigura ca sunteti deja familiari cu tortul Bundt faimos in toata lumea si probabil ca ati vazut deja nenumarate poze cu torturi minunate in forma de inel pe Pinterest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar v-ati intrebat vreodata ce face un tort Bundt sa fie asa de special si, mai ales, cum puteti obtine acea forma speciala? Sa incepem cu lucrurile de baza. Secretul nu sta in aluat, ci in forma: peretii ei canelati maresc suprafata de contact cu caldura, asa ca blatul se coace uniform si capata acel exterior ferm care tine umplutura de pecan si ciocolata bine ascunsa la mijloc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele cheie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cacao praf<\/strong> da blatului culoarea inchisa si gustul intens de ciocolata. Foloseste cacao nealcalinizata sau de tip olandez, dar cerne-o impreuna cu faina inainte sa o incorporezi: cacaoa se aglomereaza usor, iar cocoloasele nu se mai desfac dupa ce adaugi lichidele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cafeaua<\/strong> este aici lichidul principal, nu doar un detaliu. Nu face tortul sa aiba gust de cafea, ci adanceste aroma de cacao si scoate in evidenta notele de ciocolata. Daca o folosesti calda, dizolva mai bine zaharul brun din aluat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de cocos topit<\/strong> tine loc de unt si pastreaza blatul umed zile intregi, pentru ca grasimea ramane lichida la temperatura camerei mai bine decat untul. Daca preferi, poti folosi unt, dar varianta cu ulei de cocos este cea care face tortul potrivit pentru post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul brun<\/strong> aduce umezeala si o nota usoara de caramel datorita melasei pe care o contine. El este responsabil si de textura moale a blatului, nu doar de dulceata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nucile pecan<\/strong> apar in doua forme: tocate, in umplutura din mijloc, si tocate fin, in glazura cremoasa. Prajeste-le usor in tigaie uscata inainte sa le folosesti, ca sa-si elibereze uleiurile si sa devina mai aromate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciocolata neagra<\/strong> intra atat in umplutura, tocata, cat si in sosul final, sub forma de fulgi care se topesc in lapte fierbinte. Unge fiecare cuta cu unt, apoi presara faina si scutura surplusul, ca tortul sa iasa intreg cand il rastorni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Combina separat uscatele de umede.<\/strong> Amesteca intai toate ingredientele uscate intr-un castron mare si pe cele umede in alt bol, apoi torni umedele peste uscate. Asa eviti cocoloasele si nu suprasoliciti aluatul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pune umplutura la mijloc, nu la suprafata.<\/strong> Toarna jumatate din aluat, presara nucile pecan si ciocolata uniform, apoi acopera cu restul de aluat. Daca pui umplutura prea aproape de pereti, se lipeste de forma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Testeaza cu scobitoarea.<\/strong> Blatul este copt cand scobitoarea infipta in mijloc iese curata, in jur de 40 de minute. Daca iese cu aluat crud, mai lasa cateva minute si verifica din nou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lasa-l sa se raceasca inainte sa-l rastorni.<\/strong> Un blat cald este fragil si se rupe usor. Asteapta sa se raceasca in forma, abia apoi il rastorni pe farfurie si torni glazurile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La glazura de pecan, gateste untul cu faina pana devine o pasta groasa si omogena inainte sa torni laptele: asa eviti gustul de faina cruda. Nucile pecan pot fi inlocuite cu nuca obisnuita sau cu nuci caju, in aceeasi cantitate. Daca vrei sosul de pecan mai dens, adauga o lingura de faina de cocos, asa cum apare si in reteta. Pentru un blat mai intens, alege fulgi de ciocolata neagra in loc de cea cu lapte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se pastreaza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tortul se serveste imediat dupa ce a fost glazurat sau se pastreaza la frigider. Glazura de ciocolata se intareste la rece, asa ca daca il scoti cu cateva minute inainte de servire isi recapata textura cremoasa. Blatul gol, fara glazura, rezista bine si poate fi copt cu o zi inainte; il acoperi si il tii la temperatura camerei, iar glazurile le pregatesti proaspete in ziua in care servesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac deserturile cu ciocolata, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-vegan-cu-ciocolata\/\">tortul vegan cu ciocolata<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/briose-vegane-cu-ciocolata\/\">briosele vegane cu ciocolata<\/a> sau, pentru ceva fara coacere, <a
