Reteta de mai jos este in varianta de post (vegana), simpla si rapida, perfecta pentru o dupa-amiaza racoroasa sau pentru masa de Halloween. Dovleacul este \u201epersonajul&#8221; principal al deserturilor de sezon, si placinta aceasta place deopotriva copiilor si adultilor. Daca iti plac aromele de toamna, o gasesti si in <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/briose-cu-dovleac\/\">briosele cu dovleac<\/a> sau in <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pumpkin-spice-latte-cu-dovleac\/\">pumpkin spice latte-ul de casa<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum obtii cel mai bun piure de dovleac<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Umplutura sta sau cade in functie de piureul de dovleac, asa ca merita facut cum trebuie. O metoda de a obtine piure este sa fierbi dovleacul, dar eu aleg sa il coc mereu, pentru ca astfel se pastreaza aroma aceea inconfundabila de dovleac copt pe care cu totii o cunoastem. Fierberea adauga apa in pulpa si dilueaza gustul, in timp ce coacerea concentreaza zaharurile naturale si intensifica aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avand in vedere ca dovleacul este tare si poate fi foarte dificil de taiat in bucati, iti recomand sa coci dovleacul intreg la 180\u00b0C timp de aproximativ 45 de minute; apoi va fi mult mai moale si usor de taiat. Dupa ce s-a racit, scoate miezul cu semintele, curata pulpa de coaja si paseaz-o pana devine un piure neted. Ai nevoie de 500 g de piure pentru aceasta placinta. Daca ramane prea apos, lasa-l cateva minute la scurs intr-o sita, ca umplutura sa nu fie moale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si ce rol are fiecare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta foloseste ingrediente simple, pe care le ai probabil deja in camara. Pentru aluat: faina alba de grau, praf de copt, sare, putin zahar brun, lapte (vegan sau normal), unt moale (vegan sau normal), apa si zeama de lamaie. Combina cele doua amestecuri si framanta pana obtii un aluat omogen, apoi imparte-l in doua parti egale. Intinde fiecare jumatate in forma de cerc pe un blat presarat cu faina, cu un sucitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aseaza primul cerc in forma de copt, iar din al doilea decupeaza \u201efata de dovleac&#8221; cu un cutit foarte bine ascutit &#8212; acesta va fi capacul decorat. Pentru umplutura, amesteca intr-un vas zaharul, faina de tapioca si toate condimentele, apoi adauga piureul de dovleac, laptele si extractul de vanilie. Merge minunat cu o bautura calda de sezon, cum ar fi un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pumpkin-spice-latte-cu-dovleac\/\">pumpkin spice latte<\/a>. Daca organizezi o masa intreaga cu tema toamnei, o poti aseza langa un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-dovleac-super-antioxidant\/\">smoothie de dovleac<\/a> pentru partea racoroasa, sau langa alte deserturi cu dovleac dintr-o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-dovleac-dulci-si-sarate\/\">colectie de retete cu dovleac<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si variante de incercat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placinta se pastreaza acoperita la frigider 3-4 zile si e la fel de buna rece a doua zi. O poti reincalzi cateva minute in cuptor pentru a readuce crusta la fragezime. Se preteaza si la congelare: taie-o in felii, ambaleaza-le separat si tine-le pana la o luna la congelator, apoi dezgheata la frigider peste noapte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei alte variante cu acelasi personaj principal, poti incerca un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-de-dovleac-cu-cocos\/\">tort de dovleac cu cocos<\/a> pentru o versiune fara coacere sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/biscuiti-cu-dovleac-si-ciocolata\/\">biscuiti cu dovleac si ciocolata<\/a> pentru ceva de ron\u021bait. Iar daca esti mai degraba in cautarea unei placinte clasice de fructe, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/placinta-americana-cu-mere\/\">placinta americana cu mere<\/a> foloseste aceeasi tehnica de aluat cu capac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca faci placinta aceasta, spune-mi cum a iesit capacul cu \u201efata de dovleac&#8221; si ce condimente ai ajustat dupa gustul
