Localul era foarte cunoscut deoarece acolo se tineau evenimente si petreceri grandioase, organizate de elita societatii. Asadar, putem spune ca acest loc este plin de istorie.<\/p><p>Cartofii Hasselback au avut un succes instant in anii &#8217;50 nu doar datorita gustului lor unic, ci si multumita aspectului inedit. Cartofii de marime medie sunt cei mai buni pentru aceasta reteta, pe cand cartofii mici, cum ar fi &#8220;cartofii noi&#8221; nu sunt chiar ideali. Cartofii foarte mari sunt si ei nepotriviti deoarece portia rezultata ar fi prea mare pentru o singura servire. De obicei, o portie de cartofi Hasselback este formata dintr-unul sau doi cartofi de persoana.<\/p><p>Dupa ce alegem cartofii potriviti pentru reteta, urmatorul pas este sa ii spalam foarte bine pentru a elimina orice urma de murdarie sau pamant. Acesta este un pas foarte important deoarece grasimea este absorbita in timpul procesului de coacere si astfel cartofii vor fi moi si cremosi la final.
