Geografia joaca un rol foarte important pentru aceasta bucatarie, nordicii consumand mai multa carne si produse pe baza de vanat decat alte popoare. Multe dintre felurile preferate de mancare ce se gasesc in aceasta parte a tarii isi au radacinile in cultura Sami. Este o masa scandinava asemanatoare unui bufet. Aceasta implica acoperirea alimentelor cu un amestec de sare, zahar si diverse alte condimente. Doua varietati foarte populare sunt <strong>supa de ciuperci salbatice<\/strong> si cea de <strong>urzici<\/strong>. Nicio masa nu e completa fara aceasta leguma modesta, iar locuitorii Suediei stiu sa o transforme de fiecare data in ceva interesant. Incercati cartofii Hasselback si cu siguranta va veti indragosti. <em>Raggmunk<\/em> este un tip de clatita pe baza de cartofi, prajita in unt. Aceasta are gust mai bun atunci cand e facuta din cartofi vechi, asa ca este mult mai des intalnita pe timp de iarna. Raggmunk este subtire si crocanta, semanand mai degraba cu clatitele frantuzesti (crepes), si este un preparat foarte iubit in intreaga Suedie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fiecare tara are propria ei mancare speciala, Suedia nefacand exceptie de la regula. Suedia are o gama larga de mancaruri pe care oamenii le servesc la ocazii speciale.<strong> Gemul de mure galbene<\/strong> si<strong> burgerul de vitel<\/strong> sunt doua astfel de preparate de care suedezii pur si simplu nu se pot satura. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Murele galbene din care este facut acest fel special de gem se gasesc in abundenta pe teritoriul Suediei. Acestea merg foarte bine impreuna cu multe feluri traditionale suedeze. De la burgerul de vitel, <strong>piureul de cartofi si mazare<\/strong> pana la chiftelute, de la clatite pana la macaroane, murele galbene isi gasesc locul in aproape toate retetele suedeze.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Painea joaca un rol foarte important in bucataria scandinava, iar suedezii si-au folosit creativitatea pentru a prepara diverse variante ale acestui aliment de baza. Painea crocanta sau <strong><em>knackerbrod<\/em> <\/strong>este consumata in Suedia de 500 de ani si se serveste in ziua de azi impreuna cu felul principal. Candva cunoscuta drept mancarea saracului, azi este o mancare emblematica a Suediei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Painea crocanta se serveste cu diverse alimente precum branza, sunca si caviar.
