Si este la fel de adevarat ca daca ai ruga zece suedezi sa iti spuna reteta standard de <em>K\u00f6ttbullar, <\/em>ai primi zece raspunsuri diferite. De fapt, nu exista un standard al acestei retete mult-iubite; fiecare familie din Suedia ajusteaza reteta si o schimba putin in functie de gusturi si preferinte: putin mai mult din acest condiment, mai putin din acesta.<\/p><p>Esenta retetei ramane, totusi, aceeasi. <em>K\u00f6ttbullar <\/em>sunt, simplificand, carne tocata modelata in forma unor mici bilute. Tipurile clasice de carne folosita pentru aceasta reteta sunt carnea tocata de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/boeuf-bourguignon\/\">vita<\/a><\/strong> sau un amestec dintre aceasta, porc sau vanat. In amestec pot fi adaugate si alte ingrediente, precum legume, mirodenii si pesmet inmuiat in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\">lapte<\/a><\/strong>. Chiftelutele se pot prepara prin prajire, coacere, gatit la abur, sau pot fi fierte in sos. Suedezii au ajuns, totusi, sa iubeasca aceasta versiune a chiftelutelor, adaptandu-se la ea. Traditional, chiftelutele sunt servite cu cartofi sau paste si&nbsp;<em>r\u00e5r\u00f6rda lingon<\/em>, faimosul gem de merisoare de padure al suedezior. Uneori se servesc si impreuna cu o leguma murata precum castravete, sau cu <em>pressgurka<\/em>, o salata de castraveti taiati foarte subtire.<\/p><p>In ceea ce priveste ocazia in care sunt servite, <em>K\u00f6ttbullar<\/em> pot fi considerate un preparat festiv pe care il veti gasi cu siguranta pe masa oricarui suedez in timpul unei sarbatori sau petreceri. Dupa cum am spus mai devreme, puteti cu siguranta sa folositi chiar si doua tipuri de carne, sa zicem vita si porc.<\/p><p>Pentru ca aceste chiftelute sa isi pastreze suculenta in timp ce sunt prajite, trebuie sa lasati pesmetul la inmuiat in putin lapte. Urmatorul pas este incorporarea cepei fin tocate si a patrunjelului. Amestecul trebuie amestecat foarte bine si presat in maini. Veti sti ca ati ajuns la consistenta perfecta atunci cand strangeti amestecul in pumn si isi pastreaza forma. Atunci stiti ca este timpul sa modelati chiftelutele. Fiti rabdatori atunci cand gatiti chiftelutele, adaugand maxim doua deodata pentru a le putea observa si scoate la momentul potrivit. Mutati-le pe o farfurie si acoperiti-le.<\/p><p>In ceea ce priveste\u00a0<em>gr\u00e4dds\u00e5ssauce <\/em>(sosul cremos, asemanator gravy-ului\/rantasului), acesta este foarte usor de preparat. Este foarte important sa NU spalati tigaia in care ati preparat chiftelutele. Sucurile de carne ramase in aceasta reprezinta baza sosului. Adaugati peste ele unt, putina faina si zeama si amestecati totul foarte bine, pana cand obtineti o consistenta cremoasa, fara cocoloase, si ati terminat! Daca vreti sa gatiti o varianta mai usoara si mai saraca in carbohidrati, puteti inlocui faina cu un amestec de amidon de porumb si apa. Si pentru faimoasele chiftelute suedeze sunt atat de populare si gustoase, am creat o reteta foarte similara de chifteluze suedeze de post, in sos, ce poate fi recreata acasa extrem de usor! Chiftelutele suedeze de post au o consistenta perfecta, un gust minunat si vor fi apreciate de cei mari si cei mici deopotriva!<\/p><p>Puteti schimba reteta in functie de propriile preferinte, asa ca experimentati in voie, dar nu uitati sa gatiti si un piure de cartofi sau niste paste alaturi &#8211; \u00a0<em>K\u00f6ttbullar<\/em> se plictisesc de unele singure.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image
