Pentru scones, faina obisnuita de grau merge foarte bine; nu ai nevoie de faina cu putere mare de proteine, fiindca aici nu vrei o glutenizare puternica, ci o textura faramicioasa, asemanatoare unei briose. Cantareste-o, nu o masura cu cana, ca sa nu pui din greseala prea multa si sa iasa aluatul uscat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul vegan<\/strong> da textura si gustul. Secretul la scones e ca grasimea sa ramana rece pana intra in cuptor: bucatelele de unt care nu s-au topit complet creeaza mici buzunare de abur la coacere, si de acolo vine afanarea. Diferenta de temperatura intre aluatul rece si cuptorul fierbinte ajuta scones sa creasca frumos.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Apasa forma de biscuiti drept in jos.<\/strong> Nu o rasuci, fiindca rasucirea sigileaza marginile si impiedica aluatul sa creasca uniform. Foloseste o forma adanca, ca sa obtii cei 8 biscuiti din reteta.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Unge-le cu lapte vegetal inainte de coacere.<\/strong> Asta le da o crusta aurie, lucioasa.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Stii ca sunt gata<\/strong> cand au crescut, sunt usor rumenite deasupra si suna a gol cand bati usor cu degetul in baza lor. Eu le tai in jumatate si le servesc cu frisca vegana sau iaurt si gem de coacaze negre, asa cum apare si in reteta; merg minunat langa un ceai. Daca iti raman, pastreaza-le intr-o cutie etansa la temperatura camerei 1-2 zile. Inainte sa le mananci, da-le cateva minute in cuptor sau la prajitorul de paine, ca sa-si revina textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se congeleaza foarte bine: lasa-le sa se raceasca complet, pune-le intr-o punga de congelator si tine-le pana la o luna. Le poti coace si direct din congelator, adaugand cateva minute la timpul de coacere. Daca esti la inceput cu coptul vegan, arunca un ochi si pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/briose-vegane-cu-ciocolata\/\">briosele vegane cu ciocolata<\/a> sau pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-pufoase-vegane-fara-gluten\/\">clatitele pufoase vegane fara gluten<\/a>, doua retete dulci la fel de simple.
