Gustoase, simple si sanatoase!<\/em><\/p><p>Peste tot in lume, exista un moment in an in care oamenii se aduna si se bucura de timpul petrecut alaturi de cei dragi. Indiferent de ce iti place, un lucru pe care majoritatea meselor de Craciun il au in comun este faptul ca iti bucura stomacul si sufletul in acelasi timp! Acesta este motivul principal (dar nu singurul) pentru care Craciunul este sarbatoarea mea preferata! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Asa se face ca majoritatea oamenilor cand se gandesc la Craciun, se gandesc la desert. Este vorba de o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/placinte\/\">placinta<\/a><\/strong> pregatita in cuptor, cu o umplutura speciala numita &#8220;mincemeat&#8221; (ce inseamna &#8220;carne tocata&#8221;), care, in ciuda numelui, nu contine mereu carne.<\/p><p>Placinta cu umplutura este fie dulce, fie sarata, uneori chiar iute, dar cu siguranta iti va potoli foamea. In prezent, ele sunt mai degraba vegetariene, in afara de grasimile animale care se adauga la umplutura, dar si acestea pot fi inlocuite cu grasimi vegetale, spre bucuria celor ce urmeaza o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegetariana\/\">dieta vegetariana<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">vegana<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>In trecut, placinta cu umplutura de fructe uscate obisnuia sa fie considerata un fel principal mai mult decat un desert. Pe atunci, ea avea o forma mai mare si mai lunguiata. S-ar putea spune ca aluatul de prajitura era un fel de strabunica a caserolei \u2013 avand in vedere faptul ca oamenii nici nu o prea mancau! :))<\/p><p>Insa dupa finalul epocii victoriene, placintele cu umplutura au devenit tot mai mici, iar umplutura in sine a devenit si ea mai dulce, fiindu-i adaugate treptat cateva mirodenii dulci, care au facut-o sa fie considerata mai degraba un desert.<\/p><p>Placintelele cu fructe uscate (mince pies) au o istorie bogata, la fel ca si umplutura lor. Printre toate legile anti-catolice propuse de Parlamentul puritan al lui Cromwell, una dintre ele interzicea obiceiurile traditionale si mancarurile de sarbatoare de orice fel.
