Versiunea de aici este complet vegana si de post, asa ca o poti face fara oua, lapte sau frisca de origine animala, dar arata si are gust de desert de sarbatoare. Numele provine din vechiul termen frantuzesc <em>trufle<\/em>, care inseamna maruntis, fleac, lucru pe care sigur nu il putem spune despre reteta de astazi. Despre folosirea jeleului intr-un astfel de desert s-a scris pentru prima data in secolul al XVIII-lea, in <em>The Art of Cookery<\/em> scrisa de Hannah Glasse, asa ca trifle-ul are in spate cateva sute de ani de istorie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un aspect important al acestui desert este ca, in mod traditional, se face intr-o forma circulara sau in pahare individuale, ca sa se vada straturile. Putin efort pentru a face trifle-ul sa arate spectaculos si special este intotdeauna binevenit si chiar face o diferenta, va promit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Din ce este facut acest trifle vegan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are patru componente, fiecare cu rolul ei in textura si gustul final. Iata ce vei pregati si de ce conteaza fiecare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pandispanul<\/strong> &#8212; faina, zahar pudra, fistic maruntit, praf de copt, bicarbonat, lapte vegetal, ulei de cocos si vanilie. Fisticul maruntit aduce o nota fina si o textura putin mai bogata decat un blat simplu.<\/li><li><strong>Crema<\/strong> &#8212; pe baza de tofu moale, lapte vegetal, zahar, amidon de porumb, vanilie si un varf de turmeric. Turmericul nu se simte la gust, ci doar coloreaza crema intr-un galben cald de custard.<\/li><li><strong>Jeleul<\/strong> &#8212; suc de portocale, suc proaspat de sfecla pentru culoare, zahar brun si agar agar, care este alternativa vegetala la gelatina. Sucul de sfecla da o nuanta rubinie frumoasa fara sa schimbe gustul.<\/li><li><strong>Frisca de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; partea densa din laptele de cocos la conserva, tinut la rece, batuta cu zahar pudra si putina vanilie. Spre deosebire de gelatina, agar agarul trebuie adus la fierbere ca sa se activeze, asa ca pune toate ingredientele pentru jeleu intr-un castron pe foc mediu si lasa-le sa dea in clocot inainte sa iei vasul de pe foc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot agar agarul are si o particularitate utila: se inchega la temperatura camerei, mult mai repede decat gelatina, deci jeleul tau se va lega chiar si fara frigider. Toarna-l in cantitati egale in paharele de servire si pune-le la rece ca sa se intareasca de tot inainte sa adaugi urmatorul strat. Daca pui pandispanul peste un jeleu inca lichid, straturile se vor amesteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum sa obtii o crema neteda si o frisca pufoasa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru crema, secretul este sa mixezi tofu moale cu restul ingredientelor pana cand compozitia devine perfect omogena, fara urma de granule. Apoi o pui pe foc mediu si o tii amestecand continuu pana se ingroasa, exact ca un custard clasic. Amidonul de porumb se activeaza la caldura, asa ca rabdarea de cateva minute la foc face diferenta intre o crema apoasa si una catifelata. Las-o sa se raceasca complet inainte de asamblare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru frisca de cocos, cheia este sa tii conserva de lapte de cocos la frigider cateva ore bune, ideal peste noapte. Partea grasa si densa se separa si urca la suprafata &#8212; doar pe aceasta o folosesti, lasand apa de cocos limpede in conserva. Mixeaz-o pana devine cremoasa, adauga zaharul pudra si vanilia si continua sa bati pana ce frisca devine pufoasa. Incepe cu jeleul deja inchegat la baza paharului, apoi adauga un strat de pandispan faramitat. Pune fructele proaspete, urmate de un strat de crema, iar la final coroneaza cu frisca de cocos, afine si fistic presarat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foloseste pahare transparente, ca sa se vada straturile colorate, si apasa usor fiecare strat ca sa nu ramana goluri de aer. Daca vrei un aspect cat mai curat, poti folosi un pos pentru crema si frisca, mai ales pe marginea paharului. Dupa acest interval pandispanul incepe sa se inmoaie prea tare de la umezeala fructelor si a cremei, iar fructele proaspete isi pierd din fermitate. Tocmai de aceea este un desert excelent de pregatit din timp pentru o masa festiva, fiindca straturile au nevoie oricum de cateva ore la rece ca sa se aseze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa il faci in avans, poti pregati componentele separat: pandispanul, crema si jeleul rezista bine cate o zi la frigider, iar asamblarea finala o lasi cat mai aproape de momentul servirii, pentru un aspect proaspat.
