Acestea se consuma in general in anotimpul rece, varianta traditionala care contine carne fiind destul de grea si de grasa. Utilizarea carnii este destul de des intalnita in Europa, fie ca este vorba de carne de vita, de miel sau de carne de porc. Alte ingrediente comune includ usturoiul, ceapa, mirodeniile, orezul, orzul, ouale, ciupercile si tot felul de legume. Chiar si fructele de mare si tofu pot fi folosite in sarmale.<\/p><p>Originea sarmalelor o gasim cu 2000 de ani in urma in retetele evreiesti. Chiar si asa, retetele de sarmale au evoluat in functie de regiune asemenea multor alte feluri de mancare din istoria lumii. Reteta sarmalelor a fost adoptata si acceptata de multe culturi si bucatarii.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adaptarea retetei de sarmale<\/h3><p>Fiecare popor la care a ajuns intr-un fel sau altul reteta sarmalelor a dat o nota particulara acestei retete dar cu toate acestea nu exista mari diferente. <\/p><p>Cuvantul \u201csarma\u201d e imprumutat din limba turca, <em>sarmak<\/em> insemnand \u201ca infasura\u201d sau \u201ca inveli\u201d. De fapt, se pare ca sarmalele au fost chiar inventate de turci, raspandindu-se apoi in Europa de Est si nu numai, fiind un preparat traditional in tari precum Bulgaria, Croatia, Ungaria, Serbia, si chiar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-germanica\/\">Germania<\/a><\/strong> sau Suedia.<\/p><p>De fapt, sarmalele nu au chiar o identitate proprie, fiecare tara avand influenta ei in ceea ce priveste acest preparat.
