Incercati aceasta reteta de carnati de post\/vegani si bucurati-va de o portie de carnati ce au aceeasi textura ca cei adevarati si un gust minunat!<\/em><\/p><p>Dupa cum sunt sigura ca stiti, carnatii sunt o mancare de baza in foarte multe tari, mai ales in perioada sarbatorilor. Puteti folosi si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/branza-tofu\/\">tofu<\/a><\/strong>, texturat de soia sau o combinatie a tuturor acestor ingrediente. Puteti, de asemenea, folosi si legume in acest amestec, exact ca in cazul <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftele-de-vinete-cu-ciuperci\/\">chiftelutelor pentru burgeri<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Puteti omite complet seitanul, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/soia\/\">soia<\/a><\/strong> sau tofu si folosi doar leguminoase precum boabele de fasole (de orice tip) sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/linte\/\">lintea<\/a><\/strong>. De exemplu, daca folositi o baza de linte in amestec, veti obtine o aroma foarte puternica, pe cand boabele de fasole alba actioneaza ca un fel de panza alba, neinceputa, pe care o puteti personaliza cu ajutorul mirodeniilor si condimentelor.<\/p><p>Desigur, niciun carnat, de post sau nu, nu va fi bun fara un amestec specific de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/ierburi-aromatice\/\">ierburi<\/a><\/strong> si condimente, iar variantele sunt infinite in aceasta privinta. Cateva optiuni ar fi chimionul, paprika, sarea, piperul, oregano, cayenne, frunzele de dafin, salvia, otetul de vin rosu, cimbrul, iar lista poate continua.<\/p><p>Aici chiar trebuie sa experimentati si sa va dati seama ce combinatii va plac cel mai mult si care functioneaza cel mai bine pentru tipul de carnat pe care vreti sa il reconstruiti. Pentru aceasta puteti folosi orice tip de faina.<\/p><p>Pesmetul functioneaza de asemenea foarte bine pentru acest lucru. In ziua de azi puteti gasi o varietate din ce in ce mai mare in supermarketuri, deoarece veganismul si vegeterianismul incep sa fie adoptate de &nbsp;din ce in ce mai multi oameni, ceea ce ii ajuta si pe cei ce tin post, desigur!<\/p><p>Si nu este doar asta: chiar si omnivorii incep sa prefere carnatii vegani din cand in cand deoarece acestia tind sa contina mai putine calorii si sa aiba putina grasime sau chiar deloc.
