Sunt delicioase, satioase si usor de facut!<\/em><\/p><p>Aceste chiftelute delicioase poarta in engleza numele de <em>cutlets, <\/em>ceea ce inseamna\u00a0in romana <em>cotlet,<\/em> daca ar fi sa traducem ad-literam. Sunt sigura ca toti stim ce este acela un cotlet: o bucata de carne fara os, taiata subtire si de obicei gatita in tigaie. De aceea, in limba romana nu prea il putem numi <em>cotlet<\/em>, de aceea am ales un nume mai potrivit &#8211; chiftele! \ud83d\ude42 Termenul de <em>cutlet<\/em> este folosit in ziua de astazi pentru chiftelutele din <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/cartofi\/\">cartofi<\/a><\/strong> cu umplutura de legume.<\/p><p>Originea chiftelutelor de cartofi este destul de neclara, acestea fiind populare in mai multe bucatarii din lume, precum cea indiana, frantuzeasca, italiana si rusa. Reteta de chiftele cu cartofi si ciuperci are nevoie de foarte putine ingrediente, precum cartofi, ceapa, pesmet\u2026 si foarte important, condimente si ierburi. Combinatia acestor cateva ingrediente face minuni, credeti-ma pe cuvant! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Daca aveti impresia ca trebuie sa evitati orice preparat ce contine cartofi albi, am o veste minunata pentru voi. Cartofii nu sunt nesanatosi, asa cum am fost foarte mult timp facuti sa credem &#8211; trebuie doar sa ii mancam cu moderatie. Cartoful este o sursa extraordinara de vitamina C, amidon, tiamina si niacina &#8211; destul de impresionant, asa-i? Si un motiv in plus pentru ca voi sa incercati aceasta reteta! Este destul de sanatoasa si nutritiva, satioasa si minunata\u2026 iar partea cea mai buna? Nu contine deloc ingrediente de origine animala! Da, aceste chiftele cu cartofi si ciuperci sunt vegane\/de post!<\/p><p>Puteti face crochete de cartofi fierband cartofii (cartofii mai mici sunt de preferat deoarece vor fierbe mai repede) si pasandu-i. Umplutura de ciuperci se prepara inabusind ciupercutele intr-o tigaie impreuna cu ierburile voastre favorite &#8211; recomand patrunjelul, merge de minune in aceasta reteta!<\/p><p>Cand ati obtinut un amestec omogen, luati aproximativ o lingura de piure de cartofi, o intindeti, puneti umplutura de ciuperci in mijloc si modelati totul intr-o forma ovala. Piureul de cartofi ar trebui sa fie ca un fel de buzunar pentru umplutura. Odata ce avem aceste buzunare trebuie sa le dam prin faina, pesmet sau un amestec al acestor doua si sa le prajim intr-o baie de ulei. Crochetele ar trebui sa va iasa crocante la exterior, dar moi si pufoase la interior, pline de bucatele crocante de ceapa si de sucurile aromate ale umpluturii de ciuperci. In opinia mea, chiftelutele de cartofi sunt un fel de mancare minunat pentru cand vrei sa te relaxezi cu ceva bun.<\/p><p>Au cel mai bun gust cand sunt servite fierbinti, alaturi de o portie de mazare sau cu un sos delicios deasupra. Cele mai comune sosuri sunt cel de ghimbir uscat, tamarin si coriandru, sosul de menta, si uneori iaurt (cu sau fara lactate). Va promit ca aceasta ultima combinatie e extraordinara, iaurtul rece fiind perfect in contrast cu chiftelutele fierbinti.
