Se poate spune ca nu este cel mai usor lucru din lume sa devii vegan. Nimeni nu o poate face dintr-o data. O schimbare drastica in dieta noastra trebuie facuta de-a lungul unei perioade de timp, pentru a nu forta corpul sa o respinga. Cand vine vorba de veganism, oamenii trebuie sa se infrunte uneori cu preturi crescute si optiuni putine.<\/p>

Avand in vedere situatia actuala, nu este de mirare ca cei mai multi oameni se gandesc de doua ori inainte sa adopte o dieta vegana<\/a><\/strong>. Pe langa dificultatile care vin cu renuntarea la carne si produse de origine animala, multor oameni le este greu sa isi transforme bugetul lunar pentru mancare.<\/p>

Costul ingredientelor care ar trebui sa inlocuiasca carnea si produsele de origine animala este cu siguranta un factor care descurajeaza oamenii care vor sa adopte o dieta vegana. Insa as vrea sa-ti spun: nu trebuie sa fie asa! Exista o multime de moduri in care poti gati preparate vegane care sa bifeze toate cele trei aspecte \u2013 sa fie sanatoase, gustoase si ieftine!<\/p>

Si pentru ca vreau sa va arat ca este posibil sa mananci vegan, sanatos si ieftin, o sa impartasesc cu voi 10 retete vegane ieftine<\/strong> numai bune pentru studenti si familii cu un buget restrans. Nu ezitati sa le incercati si sa-mi spuneti care v-a placut cel mai mult!<\/p>
