Incearca si tu reteta!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Daca ai mai gatit vegan, stii ca cel mai important lucru, pe langa faptul ca mancarea sa fie gustoasa, este sa te asiguri ca are aceeasi valoare nutritionala ca o masa care contine si produse animale. Ciupercile pot fi gustoase chiar si lasate la murat, cu putina sare deasupra sau doar spalate si taiate in bucati! Asigurati-va totusi ca stiti de unde provin ciupercile pe care le consumati si nu mergeti niciodata sa culegeti ciuperci singuri fara cunostinte in legatura cu acest subiect.<\/p><p>Dupa cum spuneam, ciupercile se folosesc intr-o sumedenie de preparate vegane delicioase &#8211; de la salate, la supe, aperitive&nbsp;etc. Dar cum ar fi sa iei niste ciuperci taiate fin si sa le transformi in ceva cu totul diferit? Asa a luat nastere aceasta reteta de bacon din ciuperci! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Stiu ca poate suna foarte neobisnuit la inceput \u2013 sigur ai mai auzit de retete care aveau si ciuperci si bacon, dar nu erau deloc vegane, insa ce iti propun eu este total diferit. Reteta aceasta presupune sa faceti fasii delicioase, crocante de bacon din ciuperci proaspete. Cum asa? Acest preparat din porc a reprezentat un simbol al culturii <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-americana\/\">americane<\/a><\/strong> inca din vremurile de demult, cand a fost inventat de fermierii flamanzi care nu voiau sa petreaca prea mult timp preparandu-si micul dejun. Unul dintre cele mai mari avantaje ale consumului de bacon este usurinta cu care acesta se prepara. Trebuie doar sa-l scoti din ambalaj si sa-l pui intr-o tigaie incinsa. Uleiul se va ocupa sa sfaraie sunca, si va puteti bucura de ea imediat.<\/p><p>Dar oricat de gustos ar putea fi, baconul nu este chiar cel mai sanatos aliment si nu il poti consuma daca urmezi o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">dieta vegana<\/a><\/strong>. Dar ce-ar fi daca ti-as spune ca aceasta reteta de bacon vegan din ciuperci iti va acoperi toate nevoile nutritive fara sa ingrase prea tare, si va fi la fel de gustos ca o bucata de bacon adevarat? Unde mai pui ca este si super usor de facut. Suna imposibil, nu-i asa? Ei bine, asteapta si ai sa te convingi!<\/p><p>Modul de preparare al baconului din ciuperci este chiar foarte simplu.
