Inmoi foaia de orez, o tai in fasii, le ungi cu un sos afumat si le coci pana devin aurii si crocante. Rezultatul e un topping sarat-afumat perfect peste salate, supe, sandvisuri sau boluri de mic dejun, fara nici un produs de origine animala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va recomand cu caldura sa incercati acest bacon din foi de orez si sa il pregatiti chiar si pentru prietenii vostri non-vegani. Ar fi interesant sa vedeti daca isi dau seama de diferenta! Inmoaie foaia de orez in apa calda aproximativ 30 de secunde, doar cat sa devina flexibila. Daca o tii prea mult devine lipicioasa si greu de manevrat, iar daca o scoti prea repede se crapa cand o intinzi. Asaz-o pe un tocator plat si curat, apoi taie-o cu foarfeca in 6 benzi egale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unge fiecare fasie generos cu sosul afumat pe ambele parti si intinde-le pe tava tapetata, fara sa se suprapuna. Coace la 160\u00b0C aproximativ 10 minute, dar stai aproape de cuptor spre final: fasiile trec de la aurii la arse in cateva secunde. Sunt gata cand marginile s-au ondulat usor si toata fasia e rigida la atingere. Il poti sfarama peste o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-cartofi-reteta-germana\/\">salata de cartofi<\/a> pentru contrast de textura, sau il poti adauga peste o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-cu-naut-crocant\/\">salata cu naut crocant<\/a> ca sa dublezi crocanul. Merge minunat presarat peste supe cremoase, in sandvisuri sau intr-un bol de mic dejun cu tofu scramble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este o adaugare savuroasa in orice meniu din <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">dieta vegana<\/a>, mai ales cand vrei sa aduci acel gust afumat familiar fara ingrediente de origine animala. Daca iti plac alternativele de acest fel, arunca o privire si peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bacon-din-cocos\/\">baconul din cocos<\/a> sau peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bacon-din-vinete\/\">baconul din vinete<\/a>, doua variante cu texturi complet diferite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il pastrezi crocant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baconul din foi de orez isi pastreaza crocanul cel mai bine daca il lasi sa se raceasca complet inainte de a-l depozita. Umezeala e dusmanul lui, asa ca tine-l intr-un recipient etans, la temperatura camerei, cu o servetel de hartie pe fund care sa absoarba orice umiditate. Asa ramane crocant 2-3 zile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu il pune la frigider, unde s-ar inmuia repede din cauza condensului. Daca dupa cateva zile s-a moleseit putin, il poti reincalzi 2-3 minute in cuptorul incins la 160\u00b0C ca sa isi recapete textura. Il poti prepara si cu cateva ore inainte, ca sa il ai gata cand aduni farfuriile la masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ati facut acest bacon din foi de orez? Mi-ar placea sa stiu daca prietenii vostri non-vegani si-au dat seama ca nu e bacon adevarat. Lasati o nota retetei si un comentariu cu preparatul peste care l-ati presarat sau cu orice ajustare de condimente pe care ati incercat-o!<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
