Acestea au devenit tot mai numeroase si mai complexe odata cu timpul. Stiti de ce? \ud83d\ude42 Pentru ca asta inseamna ca orice produs din carne va putea fi inlocuit cu un produs vegan fara nicio problema! Dar, in general, cel mai des intalnim inlocuitori vegani pentru mancarurile grele, cum ar fi chiftelute, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/friptura-vegana-fara-seitan\/\">fripturi<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/burgeri\/\">burgeri<\/a><\/strong>. Dar ce facem cu &#8220;micile&#8221; gustari?<\/p><p>Da, vorbesc despre bacon. Baconul este una din cele mai populare gustari din intreaga lume! Are o aroma specifica nelipsita din mic-dejunurile americane din ultimele decenii. Baconul este un adevarat simbol al <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-americana\/\">bucatariei americane<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>de unde a calatorit apoi si a ajuns in intreaga lume. Dar, in afara de servirea lui la micul-dejun, baconul are multiple alte utilizari!<\/p><p>Poate fi adaugat la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/retete-pizza\/\">pizza<\/a><\/strong>, burgeri, salate si pana la&#8230;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/ciocolata\/\">ciocolata<\/a><\/strong>? Da, chiar asa! Pe scurt, baconul este foarte iubit in intreaga lume. Ei bine, nu e chiar asa. Nu exista niciun motiv pentru care sa nu te mai poti bucura de gustul de bacon dupa ce ai devenit vegan, mai ales avand in vedere cate alternative viabile exista la acest produs din carne de porc. In sinea lui, baconul trebuie sa fie o gustare crocanta si sarata.<\/p><p>Asadar, cum facem sa obtinem aceste doua &#8220;calitati&#8221; folosind doar ingrediente vegetale? Exista cateva metode, dar astazi vom vorbi doar despre una dintre ele. Astazi este despre bacon din tofu afumat! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Nu e niciun secret faptul ca, in lumea <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">veganismului<\/a><\/strong>, tofu poate fi considerat &#8220;regele&#8221; ingredientelor. Se foloseste in nenumarate retete si majoritatea veganilor par sa aiba o afinitate pentru tofu. Ingredientul acesta delicios provine din <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-asiatica\/\">Asia<\/a><\/strong> de Est, din timpuri stravechi, dar este folosit si in bucataria occidentala de ceva vreme. Este, de asemenea, si cam cel mai cunoscut inlocuitor pentru branza. Adadar, cum putem noi sa obtinem bacon din <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/branza-tofu\/\">tofu<\/a><\/strong> oare?<\/p><p>Cel mai bun lucru la reteta aceasta este ca e printre cele mai usor de facut. De asemenea, este si una din cele mai &#8220;convingatoare&#8221; variante de bacon vegan, redand aproape perfect textura si gustul baconului adevarat. Nu mai spun ca tofu este un ingredient cu care se lucreaza foarte usor, si vei obtine iniste bacon vegan foarte realist in doi timpi si trei miscari!<\/p><p>Incepeti prin a presa bucata de tofu foarte bine, pentru a elibera toata apa &#8211; aici va trebui sa aveti putina rabdare, caci tofu este, in general, foarte zemos. Pentru aceasta reteta vom folosi fasii subtiri de tofu, asa ca va trebuie un cutit foarte bun. Aceasta reteta este foarte buna daca vreti sa incepeti sa-i invatati pe cei mici sa gateasca vegan, mai ales ca baconul de tofu este mai potrivit pentru dieta lor, asadar le puteti da bacon vegan la pranz sau la micul dejun, spre deosebire de cel traditional care ar trebui evitat de copiii in crestere.<\/p><p>Baconul din tofu afumat este cel mai bun prieten al sandvisurilor vegane, al placintelor savuroase si al burgerilor vegani. Nu mai spun ca este absolut perfect pentru petreceri! Prietenii vostri vor adora acest sortiment de bacon vegan, si puteti chiar incerca sa-i convingeti pe amatorii de carne sa-l incerce.
