Se asambleaza in straturi, se acopera cu rosii zdrobite si se coace circa 30 de minute la 200\u00b0C, pentru o masa satioasa, perfecta in zilele de post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cand vreau o masa care sa hraneasca toata familia fara sa stau ore in bucatarie, ma intorc mereu la aceasta reteta. Imi place ca aproape totul se rezuma la a cali cateva ingrediente, a le aseza in straturi intr-o caserola si a lasa cuptorul sa-si faca treaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am transformat varza a la Cluj clasica intr-o varianta de post folosind texturat de soia in loc de carne, plus hrisca si orez pentru un plus de consistenta. Foloseste 400 g de varza murata tocata si caleste-o pana se rumeneste usor, circa 15 minute. Daca este foarte acra, o poti clati putin sub apa rece inainte de a o cali, pentru a-i echilibra gustul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Texturatul de soia<\/strong> inlocuieste carnea din reteta clasica. Cele 100 g de cubulete se hidrateaza in 250 ml de apa fierbinte (sau supa de legume), apoi se stoarce de excesul de lichid inainte de a fi calit, ca sa absoarba bine aromele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Orezul fiert<\/strong> aduce consistenta si formeaza un strat propriu in caserola. Reteta foloseste 400 g de orez deja fiert, deci poti folosi orez gatit din ziua precedenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hrisca fiarta<\/strong> (170 g) se adauga peste texturatul de soia si adauga o nota usor nuca si un plus de proteine vegetale. Asigura-te ca este deja fiarta inainte de a o incorpora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Boiaua afumata<\/strong> (1 lingura) este ingredientul care da preparatului profunzimea afumata specifica. Impreuna cu \u00bd lingurita de chimion, recreeaza gustul intens al unei varze calite traditionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> (1 lingura) adauga o nota savuroasa, usor branzoasa, fara lactate. Se adauga la final, dupa ce lichidul s-a absorbit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosiile din conserva, zdrobite<\/strong> (300 g) se folosesc in doua etape: o parte in compozitia de soia si restul deasupra ultimului strat de varza, inainte de coacere. Ca multe caserole, este chiar mai gustoasa a doua zi, dupa ce aromele fiecarui ingredient se amesteca intre ele. O poti reincalzi la cuptor sau in tigaie, la foc mic. Poti pregati componentele in avans &#8212; orezul si hrisca fierte, texturatul hidratat &#8212; si asambla caserola chiar inainte de coacere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac mancarurile de post pe baza de varza, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mancare-de-varza-cu-afumatura-de-post\/\">mancarea de varza cu afumatura de post<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rondele-de-varza-la-cuptor-cu-turmeric\/\">rondelele de varza la cuptor cu turmeric<\/a>.
