In Anglia medievala, placintele erau considerate fel principal, fiind facute cu tot felul de umpluturi din carne si legume.<\/p><p>Aluatul placintei, pe atunci avand o dimensiune mult mai mare, era fara gust si greu de mancat si avea ca scop principal sa tina umplutura in loc. Ai putea spune ca aluatul placintei era un fel de &#8220;caserola&#8221; comestibila pe vremuri. Totusi, n-a zis nimeni ca nu se pot face placinte sarate, asadar iata ca inca exista o sumedenie de retete de placinte care nu sunt pentru desert. Majoritatea sunt cu carne, deoarece dupa consideratia unora, placintele fara carne nu pot fi satioase. Ei bine, permiteti-mi sa ii contrazic! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Va sfatuiesc din suflet sa incercat urmatoarea reteta de pot pie cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/ciuperci\/\">ciuperci<\/a><\/strong>. Nu numai ca este una din cele mai savuroase placinte vegane, dar va constitui o masa delicioasa si proaspata. Ciupercile reprezinta o sursa excelenta de proteine si sunt folosite deseori in mancaruri vegane si vegetariene pentru a inlocui carnea. Reteta originala de pot pie a pornit, se pare, de la vechii romani, care au inventat-o acoperind o reteta consacrata <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/retete-grecesti\/\">greceasca<\/a><\/strong> cu un &#8220;capac&#8221; de aluat. Apoi, reteta a calatorit pana cand a ajuns la colonialistii americani, care au impartasit secretele placintei cu carne pe intregul continent, de-a lungul migratiei spre vest &#8211; de aceea reteta de pot pie cu pui este foarte raspandita pe toata emisfera vestica!<\/p><p>Pot pie este, totusi, o reteta foarte versatila care poate fi preparata in multe feluri &#8211; la cuptor, sau la foc si ceaun. Poti chiar sa-ti prepari singur aluatul placintei &#8211; asta, bineinteles, daca ai timpul si rabdarea necesare! \ud83d\ude42 Reteta mea este cu foietaj, pe care-l poti face fie singur, fie il poti cumpara de la magazin. Poti alege din mai multe feluri delicioase de ciuperci, insa eu as spune ca in loc sa te limitezi un fel sau altul, nu mai bine amesteci felurile intre ele? Pana la urma daca in placintele de carne se pun pana la trei tipuri diferite de carne, de ce sa nu facem la fel si cu minunatele ciuperci?<\/p><p>Dupa ce ati ales ciupercile, puneti-le in tigaie putin, pana se rumenesc bine de tot. Poate nu vi se pare o etapa necesara, insa gustul care va rezulta o sa merite cu siguranta! Da, cimbrul se potriveste de minune in orice placinta vegana savuroasa, pentru ca ii va intensifica aroma la maxim si va transforma intregul preparat intr-o delicatesa!<\/p><p>Reteta de pot pie de ciuperci va rezulta intr-o mancare savuroasa si satioasa pe care o puteti servi la orice ocazie &#8211; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegetariene-de-craciun\/\">Craciun<\/a><\/strong>, Paste, Sf Andrei, poate chiar aniversarea cuiva drag? Va garantez ca este super delicioasa indiferent de ocazie!
