Combinatia simpla de paine prajita cu pasta de avocado a cucerit lumea culinara tocmai pentru ca e atat de usor de facut si atat de gustoasa. Mie imi place avocado la nebunie si, asa versatil cum e, poate fi mancat ca atare, taiat felii sau facut pasta. Aici ne ocupam exact de varianta pasta, asezata pe o felie crocanta de paine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chiar daca e delicios si pe cont propriu, toast-ul cu avocado poate fi mereu imbunatatit folosind alte ingrediente la fel de minunate. Eu iti dau trei variante simple, pe care le-am incercat si eu si stiu ca functioneaza de fiecare data. Odata ce ai inteles cum merg lucrurile, poti incerca si tu diverse combinatii si poti descoperi ingrediente noi care iti plac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasta de avocado, baza tuturor variantelor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toata reteta porneste de la o pasta de avocado pe care o folosesti la toate cele trei feliile. Alege avocado copt: la apasare usoara langa codita trebuie sa cedeze putin, fara sa fie moale-moale. Pune miezul a doua avocado intr-un bol mediu, adauga un strop de suc de lime, o lingurita de ulei de masline si un varf de sare, apoi paseaza totul cu furculita. Incinge bine o tigaie la foc puternic si pune feliile de paine integrala direct pe tigaia uscata, fara ulei. Lasa-le sa se prajeasca aproximativ 2 minute pe fiecare parte, pana devin aurii si crocante. Prajirea pe tigaie uscata, la foc mare, scoate umiditatea de la suprafata si formeaza crusta aceea care tine pasta de avocado deasupra, fara sa se inmoaie painea. Painea integrala e ideala aici fiindca are mai multa structura si fibre decat painea alba, deci tine mai bine la greutatea toppingurilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cele trei combinatii de toppinguri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dupa ce ai pasta si painea gata, asamblezi cele trei variante. Fiecare porneste de la o lingura de pasta de avocado, peste care adaugi alte ingrediente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Cu rosii si pesto:<\/strong> peste pasta de avocado adaugi usturoi zdrobit, felii de rosie si o lingura de pesto de busuioc. E varianta cea mai proaspata si aromata.<\/li><li><strong>Cu naut condimentat:<\/strong> ungi felia de paine cu putin ulei, o freci cu jumatatile unui catel de usturoi, apoi pui pasta de avocado, naut din conserva scurs, un varf de chimion macinat si piper negru.<\/li><li><strong>Cu tofu afumat si macris:<\/strong> peste pasta de avocado pui bucatele de tofu, macris si presari paprika afumata si putin ardei rosu iute. Nautul, de exemplu, il poti praji inainte ca sa fie crocant, exact cum am facut pentru reteta mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-cu-naut-crocant\/\">salata cu naut crocant<\/a>, daca esti de acord ca mai merge ceva crocant in toata combinatia asta. Daca ti-a placut amestecul de avocado cu busuioc de la prima varianta, o sa-ti placa si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/spaghete-cu-avocado-busuioc-fara-gluten\/\">spaghetele cu avocado si busuioc<\/a>. Si daca ti-a ramas avocado, arunca o privire peste toate <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-avocado\/\">retetele mele cu avocado<\/a> ca sa nu pierzi nimic din el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il pastrezi si ce faci cu pasta ramasa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toast-ul cu avocado e cel mai bun proaspat, imediat dupa ce l-ai asamblat, fiindca painea isi pierde din crocant daca sta. De aceea iti recomand sa prajesti painea si sa asamblezi doar in momentul in care vrei sa mananci. Daca ti-a ramas pasta de avocado, pune-o intr-un recipient mic, apasa-o bine ca sa scoti aerul, pune un strop de suc de lime deasupra si acopera suprafata cu folie atinsa direct de pasta. Asa tine la frigider o zi, maxim doua, dupa care incepe sa se inchida la culoare. Pasta ramasa o poti folosi si la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvisuri-cu-avocado\/\">sandvisuri cu avocado<\/a> sau ca dip alaturi de legume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spune-mi in comentarii care dintre cele trei combinatii ti-a placut cel mai mult, cea cu pesto, cea cu naut sau cea cu tofu afumat, si nu uita sa lasi un rating retetei
